I outsourced to them an academic paper. Their service has been unacceptable. The offered to revise again for free. I accepted and then I sent my paper to the journal. The journal's feedback was: "please, submit the paper to a native speaker to review severe errors in grammar, punctuations and word order". Also, I found miscorrections that changed the meaning of the original text. I asked for a refund, but I insisted that, at that moment, I could revise myself the text (the journal proposed main corrections). I never heard back from them.
