The first edit I received was littered with errors and inconsistencies. I queried this and PaperTrue offered to put it right within twenty-four hours. That didn't quite happen either. The second draft was much improved but far from perfect and received very close to the deadline.
Neither draft contained any effort to review my language choices or suggest alternatives, which I found irritating, especially after assurances the company would help with academic language. Disappointing.
