Absolutely terrible, its not dependable and has a lot of mistakes. I have submitted my thesis for proofreading before submitting it for uni and paid a fair amount for this service. while the author has fixed many mistakes, However, the author has delivered the work unfinished and has asked me on many occasions where he fixed one mistake and asked me to fix the similar ones myself myself, which I found was extremely rude as if I was going to do it myself I wouldn't have paid this amount. also he did not put the bibliography in an alphabetical order which is a minimum requirement. totally not worth the money
