After a first review which was good, I paid again for an additional review, including the appendix. I received the document re-edited with a lot of missing spaces (121), in worse conditions compared to the document I submitted initially. And this happened two times. I lost all my trust and a lot of time; I strongly recommend to not use this service. I was also asked to pay again for the service; luckily I had archived the payment receipt.
