They did not formatted my thesis properly. After 5 reviews, I have wasted precious hours pointing them what they have missed. They never delivered. It was big mistakes too. I can not send my thesis like that and I lost my deadline and 500,00 dollars. Awful. They make you talk to a different person every time, and you have to explain the same issues over and over. The last revision they gave me was a joke, it looks like the editor got mad and put all the mistakes into one version. They will not give your money back, even after admitting they did not deliver even a okay service. Very frustrating and disappointing. Please do not waste your money and time with Paper True.
