The first editor who was assigned for my resume didn't seem to know what he was doing. He changed my resume to be in third person and barely made other changes other than that. I complained and they assigned me a new editor, and he basically changed my resume back to its original version, with one or two minor additional changes. I even paid extra money for the work to be completed within 12 hrs and it turned into a waste.
