Unfortunately I was really disappointed. Every paper (total 4 paper) had different formatting versions and mostly every paper was "destroyed" by incomprehensible actions: Furthermore, paragraph had all the same formatting structures including size and font and was send back with different formatting options... That was really exhausting by the time pressure for the university. Sorry, but a financial approach should be fair. It was not the money worth.
