No improvements made to resume. Reviewer did not understand technical descriptions of employment history and made edits that completely changed the meaning. Reviewer reformatted to use "I am", "I did", and "I have" which are widely documented as bad practices for resume writing.
It's would have been better just to state there were no improvements to be made. That would have been satisfactory.
