I am a customer with them since last year. Their services are good, I like their standard services, but I would not recommend the 12 hours services as its nither deliver on time nor professional editing as they do in the standard services. I contacted the customer services about it and no response, they charge for 12 hours and deliver in 15 hours. I received my job after chatting with them, and I ask the reason of is the delay and it's almost a week and no respond, they send a 10% discount which I do not care, my work is more important. In their standard services, I receive a review from two editors, in the 12 hours one editor and many parts are missing which I have to correct.
