Overall the editing for the material was good (grammars- rewording) but the other staff (for example organizing the fotenotes- using some words out of my major - organizing the index) was poor and Unprofessional work
Errors in receiving the documents(more than 3 times) and delays
Although I have asked for the highest service and already paid a high amount

Ignorance for my complains, they did not even responded to the email complain ( I have placed the complain since December 11) and still no response.
