My experience was not satisfactory. After submitting my order in one day, PaperTrue requested more two days beyond the agreed deadline to finish working on my order!
After discussing this frustrating request, they told me that they'll process a 5% refund of my order value within the next 24 - 48 hour, however, they did not fulfil their promise again!
In above of this, the editing was not as I expected!
