2 of these stars are only because their customer service was fast, super polite, and did somewhat rectify the situation. But basically everything printed on their front covers will always end up closer to the left edge. It’s not really noticeable when artwork/text is supposed to be on the left or right edges. But it’s very noticeable for anything that is supposed to be centered. I attached a marked photo of the planner I received. And apparently this is just their common practice! By their own admission the crease in the spine causes everything to be pulled slightly closer to the spine. And they are not accounting for this either in their own printing department or in the customization tool that they offer on the website. Basically, Papier let’s us think everything is going to be perfectly centered on the finished product, when that apparently isn’t the case at all.
