“I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the planner I ordered for my friend. I have ordered the same photo planner for 3 years. This year it looked liked a child made it from the dollar store materials.It took forever and finally got an email about my request to exchange or refund was sent. They wouldn’t do either for me. The pages were half the size, they sent hardcover not what I ordered. Papier should do better for their customers. I know I have sent them a lot of business, but now telling everyone never order from this company again. They could and should have worked with me on this. I was embarrassed when I saw a photo of what my friend received for her business planner. Please do better. I spent 46$ on a terribly made product. Don’t order from them. They will not help you with a replacement or refund for their mistakes.”

“I’ve ordered here before and was amazed with the quality, but for my second time ordering there were some slight grease marks on the personalized notebook and the gift card I wrote never arrived. I’m pretty disappointed. It’s not horrible, but leaves a bad feeling. I probably will find another company next time. Also, as others have posted, you can hardly get in touch with anyone. The support bot is also not great.”

“Horrible quality planner. Within a month it has completely fallen apart. Both covers have come off repeatedly and the spiral binding is now coming unraveled. For $40+ I am extremely disappointed that I only got a month of use out of this. Would NOT recommend. Would return if I could.”

“Really disappointed in the lack of quality. I purchased a customized spiral notebook recipe journal and for $40, it should be more than just a cheap plastic cover. Only giving two stars because shipping was fast. But I would not recommend these notebooks.”

“I ordered a diary and there was no personalised letters on it at all . I wanted to exchange it and they said no it’s personalised. Which it isn’t ….. terrible customer service. They take ages to get back to u . No telephone contact . I’m an older lady and I will never use this company again . Do not buy anything from them And would never recommend………”

“I have purchased several hardback note books which have been excellent quality. I decided to try the ring binder notebook which was disappointing. The front and back covers were smaller than the pages in-between and were of poor quality. The soft notebook is not worth the money.”

“My daughter ordered a photo book for my birthday. I am not able to travel ,to see my grandsons at the moment due to sickness. Therefore I was really looking forward to get the photo book . When it arrived and I looked at the photos , the first few pages came apart instantly. Every time I opened it, other pages came apart.Also the photo sticker on the front of the book is peeling off. It's a very poor quality for a photo book for this price. My daughter went back to Papier and they replaced the photo book . It is the same bad quality . Now we have to send both books back to Papier ,to get a refund . A lot of hassle and posting cost are involved to get a refund. The poor quality is not our problem ! I am not impressed with this company, the service and the quality and would not recommend them ! Sabine”

“I got an academic planner and saw that it had a monthly spread and weekly spread. What I didn't know until it arrived was that the monthly spreads are all grouped together in the front, not mixed through the planner so that each month is set up before the weekly spreads for each month, which is very annoying to me. I alao can't return it for a refund because I got a "custom" academic planner, though the only thing customized about it is that my name is printed on the front cover. I will not be ordering this again and I more than likely won't even get use out of this one, which is frustrating as someone who really appreciates a good planner and shells out for ones that are on the pricier side as a gift to myself before the school year.”

“My daughter had a photo book made for me of her June wedding. It was beautifully presented but the pages fell out almost instantly. I wanted it as a keepsake to look at in years to come. When she emailed Papier,she was offered a 25% refund of the cost. Very poor response to what should have been a quality product for the price”

“This is the second time I've gotten an academic planner from Papier and I love them! They keep me so organized. I've tried other planner brands in the past, but these are the only ones that work for me! They are perfect in the way that they're organized. Their customer service is also amazing! When I had an issue with one of my orders, I reached out to them and they responded right away, helping resolve the problem. Papier is the best!!”

“This company has been very unresponsive and disappointing. I received an email from Papier saying that my photo book had been shipped and was given a UPS tracking number. However, even after 10 days, the tracking information showed that UPS had never received the package from Papier. I contacted customer support through the chat, and the agent told me they would investigate the issue that day and update me. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I tried contacting them again today, but no agents were available. At this point, I just hope they will refund my money. I chose Papier for my first photo book, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope no one else has to waste their time waiting for a package that never ships.”

“I really wanted to love my Papier planner to its fullest. The quality was amazing and I am a paper snob and loved the weight and the slight texture. I was really disappointed with all the holidays they added to the planner. Easter was not on there but many other Muslim and Buddhist holidays were including when Ramadan starts and ends. I very seldom care when it comes to this type of thing but at least be consistent and be fair to all religions. I really wanted to like this planner and this brand but unfortunately, they have fallen short. I will not be repurchasing a planner - or anything for that matter - from Papier. I gave a few planners away as gifts last year and will not be continuing that and will purchase from other - more inclusive - brands going forward.”

“Ordered a total of 9 books, spending close to £350 with extra pages and nice stock. The most important book, the medium hardback was delayed, and arrived late for the birthday it was meant for. Papier did not email me to make me aware that my order was delayed until after the delivery due date. There was no explanation as to what had caused the delay despite asking explicitly and repeatedly. It takes over 24 hours for them to respond to each email and avoid answering your question. There was no confirmation on when I would receive my order, or how long they estimate it might take to fix the undisclosed issue. The only option I was given was to cancel my order. So speaking with Papier customer service is useless, as you can cancel the order in your account anyway. As a customer I was just left in the dark, and unsupported and It felt like Papier were trying to hide something. On top of that, after being unable to tell me how long my book might now take and what the issue was, they were still advertising these books on their website, with about a 5 day turnaround. My book was delayed around 8/9 days. This felt very dishonest of Papier. I would have expected the website to have a notice on the home page, stating that they have issue at the printers etc and timings are delayed, or to at least specify a realistic timeframe on the website to stop them from overpromising and disappointing any more customers. They refunded my express postage on request as I stated I was not happy to pay a premium for express postage when the book is so delayed. So basically badly managed delays then badly handled by customer service agents. Book was delivered late, missing the 90th birthday it was intended for. Will not be using Papier again, there are so many other book printing companies to choose from...”

“I didn’t realize that the month in review and weekly planner were initially separate sections away from the actual month calendar. I hate it! I am also disappointed on how faint the words (days/months) and numbers are. Barely readable for older eyes. I was also disappointed that I could not choose my font from the drop down menu when personalizing my planner. The cover is pretty though. Also HATE that it the photo upload isn’t working!”
