If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered a card for our anniversary and made sure I done this a week in advance in case of delays. The card never showed up and was apparently posted first class (which should take up to two days to arrive). I do not believe this company even sent the order out. Very lucky I didn’t order any other items such as the photo books! Avoid this company!!

There's a definite prioritising of looks over quality here. I purchased a rollerball pen and some replacement cartridges for it. Shipping, packaging, etc, is fine, but the rollerball ink cartridges they use are terrible — blotchy and scratchy. The pen itself is fine and a nice weight in the hand, but any future cartridges I will source elsewhere.

I ordered personalized notecards from Papier well in advance for an engagement dinner I was hosting. Instead of my order, they sent me someone else’s cards with another couple’s names on them. When I contacted customer service, they admitted the mistake and promised to rush reprint my order so it would arrive by the date I needed. That promise was not kept. The reprint did not arrive on the day they guaranteed, but the day after the dinner. At that point the cards were useless—I had no gift to present at the event I had carefully planned for. The company told me I could simply recycle the incorrect cards I received, which felt careless given the error. While the representatives I spoke with were polite, the service itself was unreliable. If you are ordering from Papier for a time-sensitive or meaningful occasion, be aware that they may not deliver when promised, even after acknowledging a mistake. I would not order from them again.

I purchased some writing paper from Papier and there was a mistake on my address. I contacted costumer service and Melissa went above and beyond to fix the issue. Promp responses to my emails and very professional communication. I will use this company again! By the way the quality of the product is excellent and the shipping was fast. Thank you!

The design was cute and the planner will do, but the quality, especially for the price, was bad. This planner's price point was already lower than most planners I've bought, so I wasn't expecting *great* quality, but it's even worse than I thought. The design is pixelated and poorly printed and the cover is nearly as thin as the paper, which is already thin itself. It just appears like it was poorly made dropped shipped product. It's grainy and sad. I'm disappointed I didn't listen to other reviewers. I would not recommend this product.

I had a mix up with my mailing address (it was my fault), and customer service immediately helped me out. 10/10! Not to mention, these planners are AMAZING! Genuinely couldn’t do school without one of these. Thank you Papier!

Top notch customer service. Our delivery got lost by the courier and the team responded super quickly (and out of hours) to arrange for a second parcel to be sent. Really responsive and friendly and the products are lovely too.

Customer Service was incredibly frustrating. I ordered a planner from Papier, and there was some complication with the mailing address. I live in a new apartment complex so the courier platform didn't recognize my address and changed it to an address that didn't exist. When I noticed, I tried contacting Papier ASAP. There was no way to contact a live agent, so I used their Chat Bot who said the address was fixed and a live agent would reach out to confirm. When the live agent, Maya, finally responded it was days later and rather than confirming the amended address, she just confirmed the wrong address. I told her to please read the messages with the Chat Bot seeing as I was trying to amend the address. Maya then informed me there was nothing she could do and to contact the Courier service. All these interactions were exacerbated by the fact that it would take another 24 hours to receive response which was always sent around 2 AM PST. I called the Courier and then stated it was being sent with a different courier, so I called that Courier who said that it wasn't being shipped by them and that I needed to contact the Sender to assist in the address change. Long story short, I waited 3 weeks, paid $8 for shipping, and still had my package sent back. When asking Maya what the next steps were, she simply replied I should've contacted Papier sooner and she'll process the refund. Overall, an incredibly difficult process. I understand the need to outsource customer service to AI or other platforms, but this is so frustrating when its all for a simple planner.

Buy from here if you want to ruin a surprise gift for a loved one. Would give zero if I could. Terrible quality product, with multiple defects. Customer service were unhelpful, and I haven't been able to return or get a refund. The item was a gift and ruined the whole purpose (photobook) Glue literally seeping from the middle. Marks all over the book Small rips and tears on the cover For £20!! Avoid avoid avoid Have contacted customer services and only offer 10% refund. Unacceptable when they have delivered a faulty product.

I was excited to receive my wedding guestbook from Papier and I am unfortunately disappointed with the quality. The front cover has a photo glued to it and you can clearly tell a photo was slapped on and can see the corners flipping up - if I realized that's how is would have arrived I wouldn't have gotten a photo put on the front and only the foiled font. The photos inside were professional photos and the printing quality wasn't clear as it should be with professional quality photos. Overall not what I expected and unhappy with our guestbook.

Do not use this company for your stationary needs. The quality is subpar, the packaging for shipping is insufficient (box arrived untaped with minimal dunnage which caused my save the dates to bang around inside the box and arrive bent), addressed envelopes were missing and all the addresses were printed in an incorrect format. I’ve been emailing the company for the past week and still do not have a resolution. Their responsiveness and customer service is unhelpful. Why would you want me to return damaged incorrect material that is unusable and I’m going to recycle like you would anyways? Why would we spend more time money and carbon emissions shipping something back? Why wouldn’t you automatically offer a prepaid return label after all this grief? Brides beware there are better stationary companies out there.

I ordered a mid-year planner. The cover and pages are nice but I was upset about Good Friday and Easter being excluded from my calendar, especially since every other religions’ dates seem to be included. I understand Easter is celebrated different dates in different countries, but here in the US, it is a set date every year. Guess that’s what I get for ordering a calendar form somewhere besides US. Please consider making calendars with all important Christian holidays included. If you can include Islamic holidays and pride month/coming out day, you can include Christian holidays.

Ordered with delivery of Thursday for daughter's wedding. Printing problem but promised would be posted next day delivery please cancel when sorted sent yesterday but not delivered today. In fact tracking not yet available. The wedding is tomorrow. I am beyond words and really upset

I bought a custom spiral academic planner. It is very cute but absolutely terrible quality for the price. The pictures of the products and the price makes you think their products are quality, do not fall for this. The cover is incredibly thin, same with the pages.

I must have added the wrong postcode to my order, as when I got the "posted" email, I noticed it was wrong. In a panic I contacted the courier who couldn't help and then papier. Alea, who works for papier, came up with a kind and helpful solution (reprinting and sending my 5 albums that I had ordered, for free). I'm touched, to tears, by this... as it was extremely kind and unexpected. My anniversary present will arrive late, but it WILL arrive. Thank you Alea!
