I'm a little confused where all these good reviews are coming from. I ordered a personalized notebook, it came damaged and it took a long time for it to get here. It also took a long time for customer service to get back to me. They said they would send a replacement, I never received it, it's been 2 months. Even if the notebook wasn't damaged, the quality is not good. I would really advise you to go somewhere else for your purchase. I mean you could get a more sturdy notebook at Target for way less! I'm so disappointed it didn't work out, the notebooks look beautiful but they're just not worth it.

forced new branding on the back of the cards, with zero discount for my dissatisfaction. Nobody in the arts wants a branded card. It cheapened my experience to the nth degree. I would never order from Papier again after how they handled, or didn't handle my disappointment with this new protocol.

Really poor service unfortunately, my photo book order took four weeks to come, customer service didn’t help at all, didn’t offer any kind of discount, despite being very pricey and not abiding by estimated delivery times in the slightest, so I wasn’t even able to give this gift to the intended recipient.

Disappointed in quality of cover art and pages for price. Feels very cheap in person. Content on the wellness journal insert is fine, but only 4 weeks worth of pages (which I did know, but with the fact it's low quality it is very not worth it).

I am not satisfied with how the planner is organized. I wish every section was organized by month instead of having to flip through the whole planner to find the section you want. (Ex. 3 different January sections with different purposes in different locations.)

We purchased a fabric photo book for our wedding photos. The quality is so poor! These were high quality photos that in the book look grainy, dull and nothing like the original photos. The photo on the front is simply stuck on an looks cheap and tacky. I would not recommned this product at all!

I paid £8.50 for tracked postage to ensure a very special personalised gift would be here by Saturday for a 65th birthday celebration. I had a notification that it would arrive on Friday. We made sure we were in and awaited the delivery, but then had a message saying the driver had 'missed' us (not possible). Further delays on Saturday and Sunday. Zero customer service across all three days. There is no way to speak with a human – only bots and emails. It is now Monday and we still have no update on what's happening with the gift. The photo album did not get here and now I'll have to change the address as the birthday visit has come and gone. It was really upsetting, and I've had no response from Papier. I hope the company can go some way towards making amends, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. I expect a full refund, given how much stress this has caused.

Another voice joins the chorus about a missing delivery. I was sent an email that my diary had been sent 3 weeks ago and estimated to arrive 2 weeks ago. Yet still I have nothing and I cannot track my express tracked parcel. I then read on the website that the parcel tracking link is activated when it is sent. Currently the tracking link navigates back to Papier with no information on the parcel at all. SO does that mean it hasn't even been sent, contradicting the email alert that was sent? I want my dated diary for the new year! This is truly disappointing with no resolution yet.

I have only had my 2026 planner for a few weeks (writing this on Jan 31st and I've only had the planner since Jan 23rd) and the spine is already breaking and a ribbon has fallen out. Please refund me!

Papier recognizes obscure days in their calendar and planners such as Hispanic heritage day, women’s day, indigenous day, national coming out day, but not the second most celebrated Christian holiday in the world - Easter!? Shame on you. First and last Papier product I’ll ever buy.

Very disappointing experience with Papier and hesitant to order from them again in future, especially during high volumes times. I ordered a Productivity Planner on December 20 with expected delivery January 5. Come January 10 I noticed my parcel was not moving and reached out to Papier customer service. The agent was very kind and assured me they will send another planner into production and have it shipped ASAP. Come January 22, I received an automated email from Papier that they "have run out of stock of our Spiral Productivity Planners and won't be restocking these in their current size". With such long production and delivery times, it was disappointing to hear I was never going to receive my item. For the price, I feel other brands are worth the time and money...

Overall, the quality of the planner is great. The paper feels premium, the design is beautiful, and the whole concept of the planning layout is actually very well thought out. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that this is not a full 12-month planner. Mine only runs until June, which I was absolutely not expecting. On the website it clearly mentions 365 dated spreads and 12 monthly spreads, so naturally I assumed this meant a full year planner. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. This was very upsetting because I genuinely like the planner itself — the structure, layout and quality are all good. But in reality, it turned out to be a waste of money, as I had to purchase another planner to cover the rest of the year. Great quality and concept, but misleading expectations and not suitable if you’re looking for a full-year planner. Also, I tried to upload photos as supporting footage for the review, but the website keeps showing an error and doesn’t allow me to upload them.

order was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, have sent numerous emails and comments on social media but no reply at all. customer service are either terrible or they don’t have a customer service team, in which case staff from other areas of the business should step in and respond to the MANY messages from disappointed customers. have loved this brand for a long time and have enjoyed treating myself to a fancier diary for the past few years, gutted it’s come to an end all because a company can’t respond to customer queries but will happily continue uploading tiktoks. money i won’t get back, but will have to spend on another product that will actually arrive.

DON’T BUY! Paper quality is awful, there was printing errors/marks and the journal is super flimsy and was delivered warped (this is a £30 journal worth maybe £8). Customer service was unhelpful and slow, I was only offered a new journal or a 25% refund. Not up to standard don’t buy.

Ordered my diary on 6th of Jan. It was expected to be delivered on the 10th. Then it was changed to the 14th. It is now the 19th and still nothing. I have emailed 3 times with no support atall.

I ordered a Productivity planner in December. Order no P-5406180. Delivery was delayed and then changed to an Evri shop, then was delayed and then I was told it was damaged and to contact Papier. I have tried everyday to contact, various times. The chatbot has never said there are agents available. It has always said they are busy. I have raised numerous tickets and have not heard back from a single one. I am in need of diary but unsure whether to purchase from somewhere else? I have tried to contact on Instagram and Facebook also.

So I bought the fountain pen and at first I was like okay I just need to let the ink settle in. If harder writes and when it does it leaks. Did I do something wrong? I’m upset bc I love my planner but I spent $18 on a pen that leaks

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a personalised planner 3 weeks ago, Evri tracking stopped on 8th January. Sent 2 emails requesting they chase it up and had nothing except a ticket number which does not responded to. I will try and have a reverse charge through my bank but AVOID this company at all costs.

I ordered correspondence cards, expecting them to be of high-quality, they are however completely the opposite. The card lacks weight and is soft and too flexible, it does not have a high quality feel. The rear of the card is printed all over with solid colour and a corporate logo and is therefore completely unusable for writing (and I somewhat resent being expected to provide advertising for my printers business). Although they were very polite, when I spoke to them on the phone, there was never anyone available to deal with the matter properly. I do not feel able to use these cards, so I am going to return them and I would appreciate a refund.
