The brand itself has great branding and a very polished, stylish design, which definitely draws attention and makes everything look beautiful at first glance. However, like several other reviewers mentioned, my photobook also had two printing errors. I double-checked everything carefully on my end and there were no mistakes in my file. Unfortunately, the final print came out differently from what was shown in the preview, which was really disappointing—especially since it was meant to be a gift. I could request credits and reprint it, but honestly, I’m hesitant to use the service again in case the same issue happens. I don’t want to take that risk twice. I hope the brand focuses not only on outward branding and aesthetics, but also pays more attention to the actual product quality and quality control. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was, especially after seeing reviews where orders arrived very late or didn’t arrive at all. Overall, sending out photobooks with printing errors and without proper final checks is something that really needs improvement.

Overall, the travel journal is nice, but the pages are too thin. I have to use a very specific ballpoint pen in order for it to not bleed through, which is disappointing because I like my felt pens. Seriously, though, the paper is noticeably thinner than any journal I’ve ever bought and it’s surprising given the price point. If they fixed this, I would order from them again, but not as it is now.

I love Papier notebooks/planners, they are such good quality and have lovely designs. However, on a few occasions my order has got lost with Evri, which is more on them than Papier. Papier's customer service have been really useful, but do expect a delay in a reply as they have a small team.

Very quick delivery. The spiral bound weekly diary isn’t super high quality. As other reviews have said, the covers are very thin and are too narrow to completely cover the pages of the diary. Diary arrived a little scuffed up. “Premium packaging” was open at one end so leaves and dirt had got in. The pages are yellow instead of white. Thick enough not to experience any bleed through of ink but slightly see through. Overall, I really like the set up and find it suits my needs. The customisation added a fun touch and the design is cute. I do wish it came with some ribbons for bookmarks but that’s an easy fix. I was looking for a diary I didn’t have to feel so precious about to keep at home, but I don’t think it’d hold up well if I needed to carry it around with me. Glad to have bought it and am enjoying it, but also glad to have got it on sale.

Ordered a simple notebook on 12/24. (Yes I understand it’s the holidays.) They told me it shipped 12/31 when in actuality it didn’t ship until 1/6. Now the estimated delivery date went from 1/9 to 1/13! I’d love to review the actual product if I ever freaking get it!!!

I am a bit disappointed in my photo book. For the price point, I was expected to be blown away. However, the book itself leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, it smells like gin, which is odd and I hope goes away with time. The first few pages are blank and appear to have been hastily added as the binding can be seen with visible glue and it doesn't align with the other pages, I considered tearing one of the blank pages out actually but don't want to destroy the whole book. The photos themselves came out very grainy--my prints from Walmart are better quality! The exterior of the book is stunning and the process of creating it was very easy, whatever autofill they use does a great job organizing the photos. However, in my opinion, this is overpriced for the quality.

Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. Spent over $100 in items & came poorly packaged all stuffed in a very small box for all the items purchased. Besides that, two of the items were missing g. Have sent an email requesting an answer & it has been a week without a direct response, other than the auto generated email saying they had received my email. Very disappointed with the service & now even more after reading all the complaints about this shop.

While the planner has a nice weekly layout, there are two major drawbacks. First, all the monthly pages are grouped together at the front of the book instead of being integrated with the weekly sections, which makes quick navigation inconvenient. Second, the paper quality is very thin, so much so that even fine-tip pens cause noticeable bleed-through. These issues make the planner less practical for everyday use, especially if you prefer writing with pens.

The planner itself is lovely as I hoped. However, I was expecting the calendar to be blank -- instead, the holidays included seem arbitrary or obscure. National Braille Day and National Coming Out Day plus all other religious holidays, but not Easter?! I'm disappointed in this heavy-handed anti-Christian bias. I can write in Ascension Day and Pentecost, but c'mon, guys. Easter....

Was under the impression that the Monthly Over View, Monthly Lists, and Weekly Overview in the planner would be bundled together by each month. Was disappointed to find out that each section was separated. Just makes it more difficult to have to flip through to find each month.

Beautiful book but…All religious holidays included but Easter! Hoping this was an oversight! Most important holiday for my Christian faith. If not an oversight, I will not be buying again!! (Tried to leave a photo but wouldn’t upload)

There's a definite prioritising of looks over quality here. I purchased a rollerball pen and some replacement cartridges for it. Shipping, packaging, etc, is fine, but the rollerball ink cartridges they use are terrible — blotchy and scratchy. The pen itself is fine and a nice weight in the hand, but any future cartridges I will source elsewhere.

I bought the Jacobean florals hardcover notebook. The paper is thin and feels cheap. The writing shows through to the other side of the paper. For the price, I wasn’t expecting it to feel so cheap. I would not buy again.

I like the simplistic design and the personalization offered but that's about it. It's not my favorite planner. The lines (ink) on the pages is very light so relatively difficult to see. I also don't understand why the sections are done the way that they are. The first few pages are monthly calendars for each month, followed by monthly overviews of each month, then the weekly agenda. It would make more sense to group the content by month (July calendar, July overview, July weekly breakdown, then August calendar, August overview, August weekly breakdown, etc.) If I saw it in person, I wouldn't have purchased it

The results were good, but the editing process was very difficult. It kept exiting out and did not save check project various times. I had to restart the project at least 5 times. It was definitely a pain point.

I’m a bit disappointed - I ordered some save the dates samples on 28/05/25 and on the 30/05/25 I received an email today they’d been dispatched however we are now over 2 weeks since then and they have never arrived. I have contacted you already to say this but heard nothing back. If someone could get back to me with regards to my order id appreciate it.
