“The notecards are very cute, but there literally isn't a pen that you can write on them with. Paper is not for writing on. I am sending goodbye cards to my friends before I move and they all look horrible because I change pens every line to try to get something to work. Pens work on other paper, by the way. Do not recommend the notecards, but have great luck with planners and notebooks.”

“The photo on the book cover is simply glued on top of the fabric cover. It’s been 2 months since we received our order and the photo’s corners are starting to come off. Very disappointed as it won’t last. Poor quality, especially considering the price. Does not recommend.”

“Very Poor service. delayed product delivery with no update from company on the new delayed ETA. When contacted, no response after over 10 days. Product finally arrived with no further comms and in subpar condition already far past the birthday the gift was meant for.”

“Hi, I’ve ordered planners from you for the past three years and have always been very satisfied—until this most recent purchase. Unfortunately, the quality of the product has noticeably declined. Previous planners included a pocket at the back for storing letters or notes, which is no longer included, and the paper quality is thinner than in prior years. Additionally, the planners used to arrive in a beautiful box that made them perfect for gifting. This year, the box is only available for an additional cost. I wanted to share this feedback, as these details were part of what made your planners special and kept me coming back each year.”

“The design is beautiful, but I’m incredibly disappointed in the holidays they chose to blatantly exclude. What calendar lists all the Jewish and Muslim holidays, without also the Christian ones? Although Passover is included, Easter is not. The beginning of Ramadan is included, but Ash Wednesday is not (ironically they’re the same day this year).”

“I like the cover but I am not a fan of the layout and wish I would’ve known before ordering. It has all the monthly calendars together, then all the monthly overviews, then the weekly layout for each month. I want to see the full month of January, then the monthly overview of January, then the weekly layout for January. I’ve never seen a planner laid out this way and I think you should consider rearranging the layout.”

“I haven’t received my order yet so I can’t attest to the quality but I am disappointed in the representation of delivery date on the ordering pages. It lists a date that it says it will be delivered by so I placed my order going off of that information. My order will not be here on time as it is a gift. When I went back to the website to see why I’m not getting it in time, I noticed that the delivered by day if you click on it that is for express shipment and not standard delivery. I feel this is really misleading.”

“Ordered a productivity planner and a spiral notebook. Did it mostly for the notebook, but the planner was an extra nice thing. The planner arrived but instead of a notebook got a 2026 diary. Immediately tried contacting, but their chatbot always says agents are "unavailable" and have emailed them twice with no response. I appreciate it's a busy time but it's been 2 weeks.”

“I've been a customer for three years but my last purchase will be my last all together. The planner I bought last year had pages that fell out. This year I bought a productivity planner and noticed only 4 calendar months are included. Why are you charging full price for a book that only allows 4 months of planning?? They seem to be creating products that would leave you needing to make a second purchase. If you want to use the productivity planner for an entire year, you'd need to purchase three which is robbery. I recommend looking into other companies for planners. Papier has become a money hungry brand vs a logical one providing realistic products for consumers.”

“Unfortunately, for how much I paid (nearly $100) my photo book was not nearly the quality I would expect for that price. I was hoping the paper would be much thicker and glossier but it was thin and felt cheap and low quality. Additionally, the printing quality and printed color of the photos did not match the contrast or color of the files I uploaded. There was also three extra blank pages at the beginning and end of the book which was not mentioned in the product description and made it awkward to figure out where the book started and ended. I am keeping the book since it was a gift and still appreciated but would definitely go with a different company in the future.”

“The cover is beautiful but the paper quality isn't the same as my prior planners. The paper thickness is thinner, so writing bleeds through more and the "feel" of the paper isn't the same. It's disappointing, as last year's was perfect.”

“Extremely poor quality, the cover is an absolute joke and the pages very thin. The web planner is pretty decent and fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the quality of the book is very cheap.”

“Photobook has arrived but the front photo is peeling off, so very disappointed in the poor quality. I have tried previously to get customer service help a while ago before buying and no one got back to me, so I have little faith that anyone will get back to me about this. For such an expensive product, I expected far better quality. From the photos online I expected the front cover photo to be integrated into the cover, and not just stuck on! As this keeps peeling off and is unacceptable for such an expensive product. Such a shame, I wouldn’t order one again.”

“Initially I was very pleased with my planner. I bought it early so I can start using it after The new year. I\nLiterally have done nothing but write my personal information.In this and already on the front , the pattern is peeling. The whole reason I spent this kind of money was to have a beautiful planner to last the whole year. Apparently that's not going to happen. I also got the clip on punholder to go with and the pen never, ever stays in and I happen to buy a pen.They recommended for that very item. Yeah. I have photos to go with but it will not let me upload them.Of course ,”

“I feel compelled to leave an honest review here especially since many purchases from this company will carry deep sentimental value to the customer. Be aware that because of the paper/printing technique they use, each picture prints with a gray-like filter over it. Regardless of how bright, vibrant, and saturated your images are, there will in fact be a significant loss of luster on the final image. Even if you feel like your photo looks bright enough, just brighten it even more... it's almost as if each image is dimmed. Additionally, the cover photo (especially if you chose a dark book cover) will also be muted and lackluster. I left 2 stars because they did offer to reprint my orders (I ordered 3 books ugh), but ultimately brightening the images will still not change the dullness of the final product. Think twice about your purchase here and heed the warning from the MANY one star reviews.”

“My order was expected for the 4th and for 2 weeks theres been no update and it is still waiting to be picked up by UPS. Not sure what’s going on but delivery time does not seem to be accurate at all. Still have not received it or gotten any updates.”

“While the journal is nice, it has definitely went down in quality. I ordered this journal for 2025 and was so pleased with it. I ordered again this year and was unfortunately disappointed due to the paper. I first noticed that the words were lighter but that isn’t a huge issue. I found out that that is probably due to the fact that the paper is not the same quality it once was, but still quite a high price. The paper is thinner and lacks the slight gloss it had in the old one. It doesn’t write as smooth or erase as well. I unfortunately do not feel like I will be buying this again next year because of the inconsistency of product. Who knows what the quality will be in another year’s time. It’s a shame because I really did love the layout.”

“Cloud sticky index tabs: These are so cute, and I gave two stars because they indeed work for the planner that I purchased from this site (although the stick still isn’t great). However, I’ve tried using them on multiple other paper / books and they fall right off. So bummed!”

“The design was cute and the planner will do, but the quality, especially for the price, was bad. This planner's price point was already lower than most planners I've bought, so I wasn't expecting *great* quality, but it's even worse than I thought. The design is pixelated and poorly printed and the cover is nearly as thin as the paper, which is already thin itself. It just appears like it was poorly made dropped shipped product. It's grainy and sad. I'm disappointed I didn't listen to other reviewers. I would not recommend this product.”
