“The photo album is beautiful but I was very disappointed at the cover quality... I bought the fabric one which is the most expensive... Just to find out that the cover image is GLUED to it and the corners are lifting from the fabric... If looked a bit cheap to me so unfortunately I won't be ordering that model anymore... The interior is gorgeous though.”

“Used papier site to create year books for my daughter’s year 3 class as school closing for good after this term. First time using papier. The actual product turned out nicely and my daughter loves her year books, however there was a delay with the production of the books which meant they were not delivered before school term ended. Customer support team did provide partial refund for the delay in the end. Another thing to note is there was no undo button on the editor when creating the book so worth the company considering adding that function.”

“I ordered a Wedding Album, I was happy with the result. In designing it, I would have preferred a few extra page layouts and the ability to reduce some of the photos; I could enlarge but not reduce. I usually do paper Scapebooking and this was the first digital album I had done; the process was quick but I thought I would have a lot more options. I also thought it came in a gift box and wasn't impressed with the exchange rate charged after the order was processed.”

“I love Papier I’ve consistently order from them for 5 years. My new academic diary for Aug 2025-jul 2026 has got much worse quality paper though. In all my old journals I have used watercolour paint to colour code and have been thrilled by the thick paper quality. It’s very disappointing that they have stripped back on the original quality paper. Other than that I love the diaries and couldn’t live without them.”

“This is my fourth year coming back to you. Year after year for note cards and diaries/address book just know the qualities is good .. easy to use website which makes it perfect for personalising those gifts . Would love you to do a house diary with planner to do ect !”

“I loved my academic planner from last year, which is why I went to purchase a new one. However, in the year that has passed slight changes have been made that threw me off. The paper feels slightly different, maybe a different weight or texture? But mainly the ink is now darker. Previously it was a light grey, which was really pretty and didn’t make the see-through quality very noticeable. Now with the darker print, it’s quite bad how much of the next page I can see which is not great. Also, it’s just jarring to look at and I prefer the softer, lighter shade of last year’s ink. I like the addition of the second book mark, as I did find that one was lacking and used another bookmark in addition to the built in one, so that is one positive change (although I’ve grown attached to my second bookmark and will probably keep using that). The planner is really nice, handled being thrown around in my overstuffed backpack for a year like a champ, the layout is great and works for me, but the changes to print irked me a little, but definitely not enough to stop me from using what I payed for.”

“We loved our wedding album book. The printing and type is beautiful. However, I have two criticisms/areas of approvement: 1) The packaging meant that our book arrived a little bent of shape. The corners were bent which was a bit of a shame. 2) The photos were cropped to fit the dimensions of the book, however, there wasn't a way to select how the photos were cropped and fitted in the book. This meant that some of the photos weren't cropped to my preference. Both these points meant that while we ultimately love our book, it would have been nice if it arrived in mint condition and we could dictate the cropping of the photos.”

“Hi! I received my order and it's all beautiful. I have been a customer for a while and people always comment on how beautiful my note cards are. This group is no exception! BUT I didn't get the envelopes for the Wave Boarder set. The others came, but not the white ones for the Blue boarder set. Please let me know what my next steps are. Thank you!
