“I got a Papier to make a book journal and I absolutely love it! My only complaint is some pens do bleed through a little so maybe make the paper a tiny bit thicker otherwise I love it”

“I made several attempts to add pages and download the appropriate number of photos. I also didn't realize that I had to centre the photos...I thought they would be printed whole so had to re order my book as heads were cut off. More detailed instructions would be helpful”

“The cooking journal was great quality and had a very effective design. The markers I received were okay, the colors were good but one of them had a very damaged tip. It still writes but does so with less ease as the other ones.”

“The quality of my planner is amazing. But I was not a fan of the setup. It didn’t seem logical to me to have the agenda set up the way it is. It should go by month and not by calendar year, then month, then month goals, then the weekly. I feel like this should be consolidated and split by month, that way I don’t have to flip so many pages.”

“I‘m very happy with my order. It was a bit damaged on the front and the pages don't line up well. Nevertheless, I am satisfied and would just like to draw attention to the fact that the packages should be better packaged in the future”

“Love the design and quality. The ability to customize raises the bar when compared to other stationers. I do wish the packaging would improve. A couple of my books came with crushed corners. Not horribly crushed, but noticeable. I also look forward to additional customizable options for the planner contents. Shipping times could improve. Both orders were delayed. However, I am a fan and will continue to purchase.”

“I absolutely love my new notebooks and pens! As someone who struggles with anxiety and overthinking, having a dedicated space to put my thoughts on paper has been incredibly helpful. The notebooks are not only high quality but also beautifully designed, so they blend seamlessly on a bookshelf without obviously looking like journals. My only minor complaint is the shipping time—waiting two weeks after ordering felt a bit long. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, a great experience!”

“We ordered our daughter’s wedding invitations from Papier. The design process was easy to navigate and we were thrilled with the outcome. My only complaint was that the RSVP card in the grouping that we chose did not have enough information on it and it could not be customized to our needs. We ended up going to our local printer to design our own. We loved the Blooming Bouquet package so much we didn’t want to abandon it completely. The colors and the quality of the stock is fantastic. A value for sure. Everything came beautifully packaged.”

“Absolutely love this book, the design and personalisation options are amazing and the outside feels sturdy and good quality. The only issue is the paper is quite thin so you can’t use any coloured or thick pens as they will show through on the next page. I’ve stuck every second page together with glue to make them thicker and now it works perfectly but wish it was just thick enough to begin with. Will still be buying again :)”

“Beautiful paper, well crafted. I think someone should I erased the Design work... Had I seen a "mock up" of the final product, it is obvious that the Font size was much too small so it detracts from the whole design... Too bad... Otherwise, nice product!!”

“My planner is great and I have no complaints at all about it. However, the delivery process left something to be desired. When my package didn't arrive on the estimated delivery date, I followed the link Papier sent to check the progress of the shipment and saw that it still said it was out for delivery. However, upon clicking the tracking number and going to FedEx's site, I saw that, instead of delivering to my address, they had instead delivered to a Duane Reade a few blocks away for some reason. The planner had actually arrived early, but because I wasn't notified, I was one day away from them considering the package abandoned and discarding it. Luckily, I was able to pick it up in time, but I'm honestly baffled at the whole situation. Very cute planner though!”

“I ordered a 2025 diary, it came beautifully packaged but there was a misunderstanding with the personalisation so I had someone elses name on there. Papier were quick to remedy things and gave me a credit to reorder another diary. I wonder if anyone else made the same mistake as me who didn't want the diary personalised so just left it and I was sent the one with the example text !! Possibly not !!”

“I used Papier to design my own wedding invitations. While I was very happy with the printing quality and paper of the invitations themselves, the printing on the envelopes and RSVP card was just OK. The text on those was a bit fuzzy and some of the lines were very faint, which caused some issues with people noticing critical info on our RSVP card.”
