My planner is great and I have no complaints at all about it. However, the delivery process left something to be desired. When my package didn't arrive on the estimated delivery date, I followed the link Papier sent to check the progress of the shipment and saw that it still said it was out for delivery. However, upon clicking the tracking number and going to FedEx's site, I saw that, instead of delivering to my address, they had instead delivered to a Duane Reade a few blocks away for some reason. The planner had actually arrived early, but because I wasn't notified, I was one day away from them considering the package abandoned and discarding it. Luckily, I was able to pick it up in time, but I'm honestly baffled at the whole situation. Very cute planner though!
