Love the design and quality. The ability to customize raises the bar when compared to other stationers. I do wish the packaging would improve. A couple of my books came with crushed corners. Not horribly crushed, but noticeable. I also look forward to additional customizable options for the planner contents. Shipping times could improve. Both orders were delayed. However, I am a fan and will continue to purchase.
