“I used Papier to design my own wedding invitations. While I was very happy with the printing quality and paper of the invitations themselves, the printing on the envelopes and RSVP card was just OK. The text on those was a bit fuzzy and some of the lines were very faint, which caused some issues with people noticing critical info on our RSVP card.”

“I love it but the spine is already starting to crack and I’ve only had it a week. Also it would be nice if there was a page or column for notes instead of just to do and “today’s priorities” because that’s kind of redundant. Overall the aesthetic is gorgeous.”

“Loved the quality and packaging. The only issue I had was that it seemed from the UX that I HAD to personlize the book. It was a gift and I she tends not to like personalized things so in the future would be great to have patterns and prints that don't need to be personalized. I realized I could leave it blank but then I thought the empty space might look awkward. Would also have liked for the logo to not take up so much space on the front cover. It's in so many other places in the book it doesn't need to be on the front as well. It just ends up taking away from some of the beauty of the covers. Liked everything else! Shipping was quick and it arrived on time. Will likely purchase again.”

“This was my 4th time ordering a planner from Papier. The quality of the planners, and layout of the planners is the reason I’ve become an avid customer, however, this was the first time I ordered a softcover and the quality is not what I expected from Papier. Although I’m disappointed with the quality it’s something only I will notice. I know moving forward not to order a softcover.”

“The site was easy to navigate and the product came exactly as it looked. I loved the attention to detail in the packaging. It was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and the pattern on the paper matched the shipping box (which was hard to miss!). Paper quality was very nice.”

“Loved my journals! The issue is the way they are shipped. The journals were dented on most of the corners. Some corners of pages folded over into themselves which is a huge bummer.. But things happen! Hope this helps :)”

“I wish the monthly pages were spread out in between the weekly pages. It’s weird to flip between 2 ribbons. The full monthly calendar pages are ok in the front, but the monthly goals should be spread out. Also, there should be a yearly goals page. Lastly, I wish the weekly pages were ruled with lines instead of just an empty box. Otherwise, it is pretty and the pages are quality.”

“I enjoy my planner a lot. the only thing i would love to see slightly improved is the material of the cover, it feels like hard cardstock or cardboard and i’m scared it will bend in my backpack.”

“Order was placed first week of January, and took 21 days to receive. Delivery was pushed back multiple times. Despite delays, package finally arrived the 21st. Packaging was nice and product is as pictured.”

“Lovely notebook and quick shipping - arrived much before the estimated shipping date. The printing of the pattern is not quite as pictured - it isn’t centred to the planner, it’s off to the right side so it looks wonky.”
