“loved the selections, also thought the ability to customize is excellent, delivery was good and the wrapping was outstanding, especially to give as a gift. My only issue is the print and lines within the 2025 planner; it was too light, wish it was one or two shades darker so as to see in the low lights of winter.”

“My daughter asks for a new personalised diary every year, she loves them. They come nicely packaged and a good choice of patterns. It’s quite difficult adding a name to the template and would have liked to be able to make the name larger. Quite expensive but for a years worth of use it’s money well spent.”

“I love Papier, their notebooks are so pretty and beautiful designed with durable and strong paper. The spacing of the dotted notebooks is just what i like, as too spacey pages drives me a bit crazy. However, I actually ended up creating my own planner for this year because the ordinary planner does not offer enough space for me to make notes about my everyday tasks at work. I also found myself only really using the week planner, as flipping back and forth between monthly to-dos was too overwhelming and would rather have it all in one place at the start of each month. but I didn't mind creating my own planner, it was enjoyable and left room for creative expression”

“This isn't the first time I've ordered from Papier, and I've always been happy with the product. I bought this as a christmas gift - it's such a nice way of elevating a day to day item. They really liked it and I was overall very happy. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping and was told in a couple of emails that my purchase would arrive on a certain date, which wasn't the case. My purchase hadn't even been dispatched by the date it was said to arrive, which was annoying because I'd paid to have it arrive to my flat before I went home for christmas. However, the customer service was fantastic and they managed to change the delivery address. I can't fault the customer service.”

“A beautiful book, the only thing that let it down was your delivery, this was a Christmas gift that got left behind because it didn’t arrive on the specified date. If you have offered a Friday delivery don’t post it on Thursday on a 48 hour delivery service. Service is important too not just the product.”

“There was a delay in the order that was outside of Papier’s control. They were very quick to refund postage, and offered to refund full amount if delivery was not made in time so very good customer service. The product was good too and fair price.”

“I got the daily journal planner, the design was super cute and just as expected. The colors were clear and the ability to personalize the product is awesome. The only complaint I would have would be that some of the pages at the top side of the book were bent in, probably had to do with shipping.”
