This isn't the first time I've ordered from Papier, and I've always been happy with the product. I bought this as a christmas gift - it's such a nice way of elevating a day to day item. They really liked it and I was overall very happy. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping and was told in a couple of emails that my purchase would arrive on a certain date, which wasn't the case. My purchase hadn't even been dispatched by the date it was said to arrive, which was annoying because I'd paid to have it arrive to my flat before I went home for christmas. However, the customer service was fantastic and they managed to change the delivery address. I can't fault the customer service.
