“I have ordered from this company every year for the last seven years to get a weekly planner for my dog grooming business. I have always been pleased except for this year there were no month tabs in the side to find each month easily.”

“Absolutely beautiful product, however I accidentally ordered the wrong style weekly/daily) agenda. Ultimately my fault but I wish they would differentiate more clearly which item is selected.”

“Nice quality and will last a long time. Compared to a previous journal I bought, there is less planning space and more daily space. The journal is thicker. I have to pair it with a calendar, but that's a good thing for me because I don't always have a daily plan. In the last journal, I skipped a couple of years then went back to it.”

“Check your spelling!!! I noticed an error in the date that I used on my wedding thank you cards after it was printed and shipped! The font was small and even after checking, still didn’t catch it before they arrived. I ended up cutting the written section off to save myself the money in reprinting.”

“Love these planners, had my eye on them for a few years but was disappointed to find they don’t have large ones! I got one as a gift for a friend and the design is beautiful and the paper is really really nice. I would recommend this but not for someone who needs more space to write. These are a bit pricey though too.. I can’t imagine what a larger planner would cost”

“First, I love the quality of paper the calendar. I color code our family members, and there is no bleed through. I also LOVE that it is bound like a book, rather than a clunky spiral ring. That was the biggest selling point for me because I love to carry it in my purse without it getting caught on everything. It will take me time to adjust to having a calendar where all the months are in the front of the calendar and the weeks are in the back. That doesn't make sense to me, but maybe others like that? Also, I miss not having tabs on the months, so I will have to add those myself. Overall, it is a great, quality yearly calendar for the price.”

“My planner is beautiful. I like the layout, the size, the simplicity. No issue with delivery and no experience with customer service. My one complaint is the paper. The pages are so thin that the ink bleeds through. Otherwise it’s a nice planner.”

“The planner came out exactly as I was hoping and looked great. It was also a good quality. The only issue I had was that it has water damage from the delivery. I guess the box wasn't secure enough and the edges of the planner are uneven and discolered from water damage.”

“The first order we received was delayed, and then arrived damaged, which was not a good start. However Papier were very responsive in dealing with the issue, customer support were very attentive, and in the end we received a high quality photo book. Therefore, despite the initial experience, we would recommend Papier and we are happy with the quality of the product”

“Happy with the lovely items I received, however the first pen arrived alone in a box big enough for a pair of shoes! After chasing the late arrival of my other items I was told one (pen clip) is unavailable (not particularly important anyway) and the personalised diary had to be re-ordered. Apart from the obvious delay this was handled with efficiency and courtesy. I’ve been buying a diary from Papier as a gift for my niece for a few years now and will continue to do so as the quality (and service when things don’t go perfectly) is excellent.”

“This is the fourth year in a row now that I have purchased a Papier diary. This year I ordered the exact same diary (same cover etc). Overall I love the Papier product, but I don't like the new change to the front of the diary where Papier have inscribed their name directly under where my name and the year date goes. This is something new for the 2025 diary. I have blacked this out. I'd really like this NOT to be done next year.”

“Overall good quality with high quality paper and well made covers. Fairly straightforward to upload pictures etc and what was produced was what I intended. The colour representation seemed a touch dull, but the detail in the photos was pretty well maintained. Not cheap compared to others of lesser quality, but would definitely consider using them for special books (eg wedding photos).”
