The first order we received was delayed, and then arrived damaged, which was not a good start. However Papier were very responsive in dealing with the issue, customer support were very attentive, and in the end we received a high quality photo book. Therefore, despite the initial experience, we would recommend Papier and we are happy with the quality of the product
