“Order a diary from you every year as my sister loves them but this year there was as much choice when you opt for the personalised diary’s. Only 3 colours to choose from.”

“Ordered 6 different books and they look great! Customer service is excellent and accommodating. The only issue I had is that the colour on one Note Book's cover was off, customer service let me order a replacement for free. However, the second Note Book has a mark on the front cover. I did not notify Customer Service as they had been very nice and I am grateful for their first response. Thank you. I will be happy to provide photo if you need it.”

“I’ve always been very satisfied with Papier product quality, but my most recent purchase was a “black” planner except it doesn’t look like a rich black as it appeared on the website but more of a faded black/slate gray color”

“Ordered a personalized book as a present. Unfortunately there is a small bit of damage on the binder. I am currently deeming this minor but as a gift it is a bit disappointing. I have no doubt the damage is from the post man wedging it in the letter box, but the item is not well protected. Bubble wrap would have protected it better. Thanks”

“I ordered a photo book and Papier did not disappoint! The quality was lovely, my photos looked great quality in the book considering they were captured on my phone. The only issue I had was the upload system was hard to use on my phone. Love my book 🥰”

“Excellent product but I was slighly dissapointed that the 7 sets that I purchsed were all wrapped up and packaged together with all the cards in one pack and all the envelopes in another. I would give a rating of 5 starts if each set had been packaged and wrapped individually.”

“The 2025 diary for my daughter’s Christmas present has arrived. I am very pleased with it. The paper is of high quality and I really enjoy being able to personalise the front cover for her. The only annoying thing is that it mentions ‘Papier’ inside the box and one cannot get rid of it not change the colour, it’s black. I do not expect advertising to be on the front nor in the title and name panel. The diary is beautifully organised and my daughter uses all aspects of organisation within it. It has become a little Christmas tradition for me to gift her a new Papier diary every year, which she requests.”

“The paper is excellent quality but only worth buying when there is a sale. Also I sent it as a gift and my gift message was not in the box so my friend had to guess who sent it.”

“I've bought planners for the past 6 years and generally love them because they are beautiful and useful. The lowere rating for this year's purchase is because the printing ink is faint and I have to look harder to see the dates etc. It's a disappoinment”

“I find the website quite confusing as I would not have thought you would have to go into “Personalise” if you wanted the diary left blank. Although I made a mistake in the ordering of the item, it was very quickly and efficiently rectified.”

“My planner for 2024 was delightful. My new one for 2025, not so much. The print is so light I can barely see it. I will admit I am disapointed. And I was so thrilled with 2024.”
