This was my 4th time ordering a planner from Papier. The quality of the planners, and layout of the planners is the reason I’ve become an avid customer, however, this was the first time I ordered a softcover and the quality is not what I expected from Papier. Although I’m disappointed with the quality it’s something only I will notice. I know moving forward not to order a softcover.
