I ordered a 2025 diary, it came beautifully packaged but there was a misunderstanding with the personalisation so I had someone elses name on there. Papier were quick to remedy things and gave me a credit to reorder another diary. I wonder if anyone else made the same mistake as me who didn't want the diary personalised so just left it and I was sent the one with the example text !! Possibly not !!
