“Placed my order on 12/17, the site said that orders placed by 12/18 would be received by the holidays. The expected delivery date of 12/30 came and went, so after no response to several messages to support asking for an update I gave up hope. Now today, 1/7, I get a message saying the daily planners are sold out and I can have free shipping on something else. Yeah nice try but I won’t be even attempting to purchase from this company again.”

“A page from one of my 2026 months is ripped, incomplete. I was expecting better quality as well they catfish you with the images they provide. I don’t understand why this website has 4.6 stars it’s a scam and try to hide the bad reviews. An incomplete planner was sent to me, horrible!!!”

“Got my yearly planner as a gift for the New Year; the paper quality dramatically decreased. It was the only reason I continued to get these planners specifically. Ink easily bleeds through the pages and the cover came with a scrape on it!”

“I had a horrible experience ordering from this site. I loved the designs on the cover and the format of the daily planner which is why after so much thinking I finally placed an order here. I was supposed to receive my planner on 29th of December and I still haven't received it! The customer service has been very unresponsive even after multiple attempts to reach out to them. I haven't heard back from them yet about anything regarding my order. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Please be careful.”

“I ordered two Softcover Spiral Lined Notebooks. Given the price, I was expecting a much higher quality notebook. The notebook's softcover and pages feel cheap and flimsy. I'm concerned that the notebook won't hold up. More care was put into the nice website, design, and even the packaging was of better quality than the actual notebooks. I do not recommend ordering from here. There are far better quality options for half that price.”

“Still haven't received an order I placed in November that was supposed to be for holiday gifting. Trying to get in contact with a customer service agent was virtually impossible, even though they advertise it on their site as something that's readily available. Once I finally did get in contact with someone via email, the customer service was not helpful or encouraging to make me want to continue shopping with Papier. Would not recommend, and will not be ordering from here again.”

“Still haven’t received an order I paid £7 for next day delivery. I’ve tried to contact a number of times having no reply to any emails. Not able to speak to an agent. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. I’m really disappointed with the service Looking at other reviews seems everyone is experiencing the same/similar issues. Shouldn’t be advertising delivery before Christmas if they are unable to do so. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I can only get a response from a ‘bot’ on live chat. Do not recommend”

“Ordered Dec 12th- then when order was supposed to have been delivered I was sent email saying they basically were overloaded with orders and way behind buy no actual date of when to expect products and asked me not to reply. A week or two goes by and I get a shipping confirmation. A week later, no product, and I get an email my custom daily planner has been cancelled. Nearly 3 weeks later and no products.”

“Was sent the incorrect color. Have been gaslight by the customer support team by them suggesting the pink cards I received are in fact, the blue ones I ordered. Wasting so much time trying to get my correct order and Steph (person or bot, idk) has offered to help to refund or reprint. Didn’t get the Christmas gift I wanted despite a bulk order. SO upset by this”

“I don't normally read reviews but I was frustrated with the speed of response. I ordered a 2026 planner before the date suggested on their website and just received an email today that I wouldn't be receiving one. They offered free shipping on my next order but I don't trust that I won't be disappointed again. Spending $45 on a planner is enough of a risk.”
