Empty package delivered — no response from customer support wanted to share a recent experience so others can be aware. I ordered from this company and received tracking confirmation. When the package arrived, the box was empty — no items inside. I’ve contacted customer support and am currently waiting on a resolution. Mistakes happen, but shipping an empty box and delaying a response is concerning. If you’re considering ordering, I’d recommend using a payment method with strong buyer protection and documenting everything.

I placed my order 13 days ago and I am yet to receive it. I have emailed customer services 4 times and no response from them after I have requested a refund. Feels like either this company is in huge trouble or this is just a scam. Also turned comments off on social media so you cannot reach them anywhere.

Impossible system to use. Every time I try to change backgrounds it freezes and there is nothing I can do to avoid it. I’ve tried for hours multiple times to do a book all to hit a dead end at the end due to the system.

Overpriced and weird diary layout. Monthly overviews are frontloaded at start of diary, so you have a full year of monthly overviews, rather than having an overview at the start of each month. Who the hell wants that!?! Minimal photos of product online means you are pretty much buying blind - I never would have bought this if I had know the layout was so stupid. And then you have no choice but to personalise it (I didn't really want to personalise the cover of my diary, but that is the only option you are given), then you can't just return it because it is personalised! It is not worth the £20 I paid (and that was the discounted price!). It's just cheap notebook quality. The enshitification of diaries, with Papier proudly leading the way!

Just wanted to give a heads up to other couples looking for wedding stationary - take your business elsewhere ! We used papier for our save the dates in summer ‘25 (no issues) when it came to ordering our invites last month it’s been a nightmare - editing templates on the website so fiddly and changes don’t save, unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. We’ll have printed and posted out invites with another company by the time we receive our sample from papier ! Now 3 weeks late… it means none of our wedding stationary matches now which is so disappointing. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere

The design is beautiful, but I’m incredibly disappointed in the holidays they chose to blatantly exclude. What calendar lists all the Jewish and Muslim holidays, without also the Christian ones? Although Passover is included, Easter is not. The beginning of Ramadan is included, but Ash Wednesday is not (ironically they’re the same day this year).

Ordered a simple notebook on 12/24. (Yes I understand it’s the holidays.) They told me it shipped 12/31 when in actuality it didn’t ship until 1/6. Now the estimated delivery date went from 1/9 to 1/13! I’d love to review the actual product if I ever freaking get it!!!

I like the cover but I am not a fan of the layout and wish I would’ve known before ordering. It has all the monthly calendars together, then all the monthly overviews, then the weekly layout for each month. I want to see the full month of January, then the monthly overview of January, then the weekly layout for January. I’ve never seen a planner laid out this way and I think you should consider rearranging the layout.

Have had a HORRIBLE experience with Papier. Had an issue with receiving my order and have reached out to customer service numerous time with no response. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I will be taking my business to Minted because of the severe lack of communication from this brand. I ordered samples of 3 different styles of invitation suite for my wedding. I loved different styles of detail cards, colors, and size to make a custom suite. I could not figure out how to only order a details card from 1, RSVP card from another. I reached out to the chatbot for assistance but it didn't understand my question. I have started 3 different support tickets in the last 3 weeks with zero communication from any employee. I understand you have a "small team and higher than usual requests for support" but no acknowledgment from anyone is unacceptable. That excuse was fine from businesses during the pandemic but we are WAY past that.

is I could put negative stars I would. Ordered a gift last month, around a week before Christmas (I understood that it might not get there for Christmas with the season but saw they could do it), waited for the delivery date which came and went and then heard nothing. Got an email back saying my order wasn't even printed and will be put on next day delivery. Another week goes by with nothing to find out it's being returned to sender. Communication being only email and a questionable chat bot needs to be reviewed.

I haven’t received my order yet so I can’t attest to the quality but I am disappointed in the representation of delivery date on the ordering pages. It lists a date that it says it will be delivered by so I placed my order going off of that information. My order will not be here on time as it is a gift. When I went back to the website to see why I’m not getting it in time, I noticed that the delivered by day if you click on it that is for express shipment and not standard delivery. I feel this is really misleading.

Worst company. Doesn’t have a contact center and won’t contact you back via the only access to them which is email. The chat is a bot and your package gone, money wasted.

Placed my order on 12/17, the site said that orders placed by 12/18 would be received by the holidays. The expected delivery date of 12/30 came and went, so after no response to several messages to support asking for an update I gave up hope. Now today, 1/7, I get a message saying the daily planners are sold out and I can have free shipping on something else. Yeah nice try but I won’t be even attempting to purchase from this company again.

I am a bit disappointed in my photo book. For the price point, I was expected to be blown away. However, the book itself leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, it smells like gin, which is odd and I hope goes away with time. The first few pages are blank and appear to have been hastily added as the binding can be seen with visible glue and it doesn't align with the other pages, I considered tearing one of the blank pages out actually but don't want to destroy the whole book. The photos themselves came out very grainy--my prints from Walmart are better quality! The exterior of the book is stunning and the process of creating it was very easy, whatever autofill they use does a great job organizing the photos. However, in my opinion, this is overpriced for the quality.
