“I'm disappointed. The first purchase was great, my academic planner was very convenient, and I decided to continue and buy the same one. But not only is it now available in a larger, inconvenient size, but the quality has also turned out to be worse. I don't understand why it was necessary to change the good size and why it is generally worse made. It's sad, my day ls ruined by a lot of disappointment.”

“DO NOT BUY! Purchased a daily planner (one page per day) in January 2026 and I leave it at home, so it doesn’t get taken in and out of a bag and just stays on the table. In MARCH (3 months later) the spine started falling apart. I emailed customer service hoping it was a manufacturing error and they responded that this does happen as “normal wear and tear.” Normal wear and tear?? 3 months after purchasing and not moving the planner?? I would hate to see someone spend their money on this trash planner. Currently looking elsewhere for a planner that goes above the looks and frills and actually lasts more than 3 months”

“I’m sad to upload a poor review because I think Papier’s designs are super cute. I noticed that although it includes any Muslim, Jewish, etc. religious holiday under the sun, Easter (& its surrounding days) were not included in this planner. I have no issues with holidays being included, but leaving Easter out seems very intentional & makes me look sideways at Papier”

“Fabulous customer service and an excellent product. When a mistake was made (my fault) customer service refunded me so that I could amend my book and reprint. could not have asked for a more satisfactory result. Sam”

“I ordered my third planner and I just realized that Good Friday and Easter are not included as holidays. They have been included in the past two I bought. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. And I will give negative reviews about this company every chance I am afforded because of this.”

“Really poor quality photo, printing and just looks extremely cheap. Couldn’t give these cards to my mum for Mother’s Day. Save your money and time and go straight to better known and better quality companies. Can’t fault their stationary but the cards are not worth it. Could print better at home. Cannot show full card due to privacy reasons.”

“I absolutely love all the different cover options to choose from, and the fact that I can customize my name. Shipping was timely. However when I started filling out my planner for the year, I kept noticing that there are a ton of Jewish, Muslim and government holidays that have no relevance to me as a Christian, are filled in on the calendar dates. Not sure whether I’ll purchase again or not, because I don’t care to have “Prophet’s birthday” (who?) or Ramadan or Diwali or World Mental Health Day, etc. filling up the limited space I have. Would appreciate if they had some options to choose from with those options, and that would have felt much more personalized, especially for such a high price. It is a beautiful planner, though.”

“My order was perfect and exactly what I had envisioned for wedding stationery and a really good price for the quantity. I spoke to Papier customer service during the order process and could not fault the service provided. The advisor was really helpful and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Papier to everyone for all stationary and greeting card needs.”

“Book was damaged, “small team” I don’t think so. It also arrived 2 days late. They are treating you like a number in this company. I purchased the most expensive book and it arrived damaged and the quality was awful. Customer care have been ignoring me. DO NOT BUY HERE!”

“Terrible experience! First of all, the product was bought as a gift and only arrived 2 months later. Secondly, doesn’t look like the picture at all: neither the cover, nor the pages, the embossed logo or the ribbon inside. Thirdly, the product was falsely advertised as a leather notebook while in reality it’s polyurethane. Finally, the order was placed with paper but the product was for some reason from inserif.”
