I absolutely love all the different cover options to choose from, and the fact that I can customize my name. Shipping was timely. However when I started filling out my planner for the year, I kept noticing that there are a ton of Jewish, Muslim and government holidays that have no relevance to me as a Christian, are filled in on the calendar dates. Not sure whether I’ll purchase again or not, because I don’t care to have “Prophet’s birthday” (who?) or Ramadan or Diwali or World Mental Health Day, etc. filling up the limited space I have. Would appreciate if they had some options to choose from with those options, and that would have felt much more personalized, especially for such a high price. It is a beautiful planner, though.

My order was perfect and exactly what I had envisioned for wedding stationery and a really good price for the quantity. I spoke to Papier customer service during the order process and could not fault the service provided. The advisor was really helpful and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Papier to everyone for all stationary and greeting card needs.

Book was damaged, “small team” I don’t think so. It also arrived 2 days late. They are treating you like a number in this company. I purchased the most expensive book and it arrived damaged and the quality was awful. Customer care have been ignoring me. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Terrible experience! First of all, the product was bought as a gift and only arrived 2 months later. Secondly, doesn’t look like the picture at all: neither the cover, nor the pages, the embossed logo or the ribbon inside. Thirdly, the product was falsely advertised as a leather notebook while in reality it’s polyurethane. Finally, the order was placed with paper but the product was for some reason from inserif.

My husband bought the highlighters, came dried out both times. They did send new ones but again, dried out. Not worth it, do not buy.

I have been trying to get a hold of them on an order and there is NO ONE!!! All ai bots and they updating the shipping date without letting me know. I will never order again, horrible!

I ordered a personalised valentines card for my boyfriend on 10th February. It was expected to arrive February 13 which I thought was great - in time for valentine’s day. Instead I was hugely disappointed when it didn’t turn up until 18th February. This is not what I expect from paying for 1st class. I went out to buy another card. Not only that but when it arrived, inside there was a personalised message to Mike from Katherine. I’m not sure why this is the case, I didn’t request a personalised message and it’s hugely disappointing. I have no space to write a message to my boyfriend (Jude) in this card. I’m hugely disappointed, I will not be using this service again, Hannah

Horribly saddened to discover that their planners include all conceivable holidays for every religion, except those associated with the Christian faith (minus Christmas). Non-Christians even celebrate some of these holidays. No Easter?! But, thank goodness they included World Book Day, World Kindness Day, and International Day of Friendship... I love inclusivity, but let's be inclusive of everyone! Unfortunately, I am rather disappointed.

I'm a little confused where all these good reviews are coming from. I ordered a personalized notebook, it came damaged and it took a long time for it to get here. It also took a long time for customer service to get back to me. They said they would send a replacement, I never received it, it's been 2 months. Even if the notebook wasn't damaged, the quality is not good. I would really advise you to go somewhere else for your purchase. I mean you could get a more sturdy notebook at Target for way less! I'm so disappointed it didn't work out, the notebooks look beautiful but they're just not worth it.

My first Papier Wellness journal was a gift. The beautiful design, quality and thoughtful layout was a welcome escape from harder things in life. It got me back on the right track. Since then i've purchased several for myself and each comes with a journey of self discovery and new appreciation of life's highs and lows that is priceless. Highly recommend for anyone.

forced new branding on the back of the cards, with zero discount for my dissatisfaction. Nobody in the arts wants a branded card. It cheapened my experience to the nth degree. I would never order from Papier again after how they handled, or didn't handle my disappointment with this new protocol.

The brand itself has great branding and a very polished, stylish design, which definitely draws attention and makes everything look beautiful at first glance. However, like several other reviewers mentioned, my photobook also had two printing errors. I double-checked everything carefully on my end and there were no mistakes in my file. Unfortunately, the final print came out differently from what was shown in the preview, which was really disappointing—especially since it was meant to be a gift. I could request credits and reprint it, but honestly, I’m hesitant to use the service again in case the same issue happens. I don’t want to take that risk twice. I hope the brand focuses not only on outward branding and aesthetics, but also pays more attention to the actual product quality and quality control. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was, especially after seeing reviews where orders arrived very late or didn’t arrive at all. Overall, sending out photobooks with printing errors and without proper final checks is something that really needs improvement.

Really poor service unfortunately, my photo book order took four weeks to come, customer service didn’t help at all, didn’t offer any kind of discount, despite being very pricey and not abiding by estimated delivery times in the slightest, so I wasn’t even able to give this gift to the intended recipient.

Disappointed in quality of cover art and pages for price. Feels very cheap in person. Content on the wellness journal insert is fine, but only 4 weeks worth of pages (which I did know, but with the fact it's low quality it is very not worth it).

I am not satisfied with how the planner is organized. I wish every section was organized by month instead of having to flip through the whole planner to find the section you want. (Ex. 3 different January sections with different purposes in different locations.)

We purchased a fabric photo book for our wedding photos. The quality is so poor! These were high quality photos that in the book look grainy, dull and nothing like the original photos. The photo on the front is simply stuck on an looks cheap and tacky. I would not recommned this product at all!

I paid £8.50 for tracked postage to ensure a very special personalised gift would be here by Saturday for a 65th birthday celebration. I had a notification that it would arrive on Friday. We made sure we were in and awaited the delivery, but then had a message saying the driver had 'missed' us (not possible). Further delays on Saturday and Sunday. Zero customer service across all three days. There is no way to speak with a human – only bots and emails. It is now Monday and we still have no update on what's happening with the gift. The photo album did not get here and now I'll have to change the address as the birthday visit has come and gone. It was really upsetting, and I've had no response from Papier. I hope the company can go some way towards making amends, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. I expect a full refund, given how much stress this has caused.
