I would give 0 stars if possible. In November 2025, my sister ordered a 2026 journal for my Christmas gift, which never arrived. The item didn’t arrive and after contacting Papier, they said the item was released to Evri for delivery and that the issue lies with Evri so I should therefore contact them. We contacted Evri, and they let us know that they never even received the item to be delivered. Papier customer service was slow to respond and very unhelpful. They refuse to accept their mistake, they do not answer the questions we asked, and they did not investigate into their courier service, therefore meaning we had to contact multiple parties as a result of their mistake. After daily messaging, they eventually only refunded the item and not the delivery cost. Papier are not willing to re order and send the item again, as they believe the fault is with evri. Papier are not investigating into their courier service and are instead speculating, saying ‘maybe Evri has a large number of parcels and are yet to deliver the parcel’. Papier are also not providing any discount to re order the item. It is astonishing that I am experiencing such a hassle with a reputable company like Papier. My sister was unable to gift me a Christmas gift and Papier have been most unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

The cover is beautiful but the paper quality isn't the same as my prior planners. The paper thickness is thinner, so writing bleeds through more and the "feel" of the paper isn't the same. It's disappointing, as last year's was perfect.

Dreadful customer service (non-existent) and poor quality control. I ordered a 2026 diary on 19Dec with my chosen pics on front cover. When it arrived the front page pictures were completely off centre. I immediately sent a follow up - and when I heard nothing again a few days later with a better pic. I tried the Chat bot which just took me round in circles and there is no phone number given on the site. e-mail responses are pre-formatted with no indication a human is involved. I appreciate it's XMAS but you are still advertising deliveries by 2nd Jan. I've heard absolutely nothing. I dont even know if you want me to return the faulty one or if / when a replacement is arriving (probably not). Perhaps you need to pull someone off production to catch up with your faulty deliveries. It shouldn't have been sent in the first place if it had been checked before being sent as it's a very obvious fault. I'm sure this could have been 5 Stars if you'd got it "Right First Time". Now £30 out of pocket - no diary for 1st Jan and VERY disappointed.

When trying to get a correction to an order 15 minutes after ordering it, they have refused any customer service. I placed an order on Dec 9th, with the intention of sending it to my daughter in the UK for Xmas. The payment system changed the delivery address to mine in the US. I only noticed this after getting my confirmation email. I went straight to the site and tried to amend the delivery address (within 15 mins of ordering). It would not allow a correction. So I contacted them via the link on the order itself. I got an auto email stating that theyre busy but will respond. The upshot of this is that I had to reorder the product and pay a second time to get a book delivered to my daughter in time for Xmas day. The original order has still not been canceled and also has not yet been delivered (Dec 31st and counting). They have also refused a refund unless I pay to send the original order back to them. Ultra poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

I really wanted to love this planner…On so many levels it almost gets there — the layout is clean, there are monthly and weekly spreads and to do lists that help me stay on track and organized! But here’s the catch that really frustrates me: it includes EVERY holiday — except Easter. It seems so random and inconsistent to highlight quirky holidays like World Book Day and International Day of Friendship but then completely skip Easter. As someone who actually plans ahead for family gatherings, traditions, and seasonal activities around Easter, it feels like a major oversight.

I ordered and paid for a personalized notebook for a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged on December 16, 2025 and I was told to expect the product no later than December 26, 2025. To date, I have not received the notebook nor have I been able to get a human to speak to me in any form, email or by telephone. I am so disappointed! I will never order from this company again and would strongly advise others against doing business with this company as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was extremely poor—multiple emails were sent with no response. The quality of the work was unacceptable, with printing errors and overall poor execution. For the amount of money spent, this level of service and workmanship is unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed the order. I’ve been using planners for over ten years, and I’m really confused by the way it’s arranged. I’m used to having the monthly calendar first, and then the weekly layout, but here everything is combined—all the months, all the weeks, and all the plans together, instead of having a bundle for each month, It doesn’t seem practical to use it on a daily basis, because if I want to check a date in the month, I have to go back to the beginning of the planner; if I want to see my monthly goals, I have to go back to the beginning of the planner, and it’s just zero practical

I am bitterly disappointed with this diary. I ordered a personalised 2026 diary in November for £28 and only opened it at Christmas, having saved it to set up for the new year. The quality is shockingly poor. The binding is visibly wonky and uneven. The top of the diary at the front and the bottom at the back stick out massively, while the pages themselves are completely flush and unprotected on the other corners. It looks badly made and cheap, which is unacceptable at this price point. For £28 and from a brand with Papier’s reputation, this is not the level of quality I expected. I was really looking forward to using this diary and it has completely soured the experience. I will now have to use it out of necessity, not choice. I have contacted Papier directly and am hoping that, as a company with such a reputation, a replacement will be sent out to rectify the poor binding and experience overall. I will reorder in the future as the product designs are nice, but I will be much more observant and check all deliveries immediately moving forward.

Ordered a Papier wedding album for my parents for Christmas. It took me 4 days to build it and I was super excited to gift it to them. When my parents opened the book, it was a completely different couple - UNREAL!! They mixed the photos up! I was devastated as this was something they had been looking forward to receiving for a while and of course we wanted to relive the memories together over the holiday, as we live on the opposite side of the country. I still haven’t heard back from them. I hope they rectify this situation and send us the album with OUR wedding photos, not some random couple… I’m so disappointed. I still can’t believe I paid for another couples wedding album.

Wouldnt bother, hasn’t showed up and took over a week to respond, said they weren’t sending a replacement as it would ‘come before Christmas’ this was 4.30 pm on Christmas Eve, still no reply again since have no parcel or no refund

Do not use this company. We ordered a guestbook for our wedding over a month in advance. We have still not received it, and Papier has taken a week to respond. We even paid extra for express delivery. Extremely disappointed - stay away from Papier!

Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. Spent over $100 in items & came poorly packaged all stuffed in a very small box for all the items purchased. Besides that, two of the items were missing g. Have sent an email requesting an answer & it has been a week without a direct response, other than the auto generated email saying they had received my email. Very disappointed with the service & now even more after reading all the complaints about this shop.

Avoid. They use the dregs, Evri, for deliveries. Ordered an item long in advance of Christmas, which was never delivered by Evri. They didn’t even attempt to do so. The Papier CS was so swamped - probably because they use Evri and have constant complaints - that they didn’t properly respond until after the 25th, despite multiple chases. The only resolution they offered was refund or re-send… it’s a Christmas Photo Book, you utter morons. What use is it after Christmas? Avoid. Order from a company that uses a professional delivery firm, not Evri.
