My order was cancelled and I was not given any notification. I have not been refunded for the item. The only means to reach customer service is on email and they have been unresponsive.

Incorrect order received. I ordered a personalised 2026 diary with my wife’s name on the front & received a different diary with the complete wrong details & someone else’s wedding photos on! Certainly would not recommend & will not be using again.

Still haven’t received an order I paid £7 for next day delivery. I’ve tried to contact a number of times having no reply to any emails. Not able to speak to an agent. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. I’m really disappointed with the service Looking at other reviews seems everyone is experiencing the same/similar issues. Shouldn’t be advertising delivery before Christmas if they are unable to do so. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I can only get a response from a ‘bot’ on live chat. Do not recommend

I've been a customer for three years but my last purchase will be my last all together. The planner I bought last year had pages that fell out. This year I bought a productivity planner and noticed only 4 calendar months are included. Why are you charging full price for a book that only allows 4 months of planning?? They seem to be creating products that would leave you needing to make a second purchase. If you want to use the productivity planner for an entire year, you'd need to purchase three which is robbery. I recommend looking into other companies for planners. Papier has become a money hungry brand vs a logical one providing realistic products for consumers.

Unfortunately, for how much I paid (nearly $100) my photo book was not nearly the quality I would expect for that price. I was hoping the paper would be much thicker and glossier but it was thin and felt cheap and low quality. Additionally, the printing quality and printed color of the photos did not match the contrast or color of the files I uploaded. There was also three extra blank pages at the beginning and end of the book which was not mentioned in the product description and made it awkward to figure out where the book started and ended. I am keeping the book since it was a gift and still appreciated but would definitely go with a different company in the future.

Ordered Dec 12th- then when order was supposed to have been delivered I was sent email saying they basically were overloaded with orders and way behind buy no actual date of when to expect products and asked me not to reply. A week or two goes by and I get a shipping confirmation. A week later, no product, and I get an email my custom daily planner has been cancelled. Nearly 3 weeks later and no products.

Was sent the incorrect color. Have been gaslight by the customer support team by them suggesting the pink cards I received are in fact, the blue ones I ordered. Wasting so much time trying to get my correct order and Steph (person or bot, idk) has offered to help to refund or reprint. Didn’t get the Christmas gift I wanted despite a bulk order. SO upset by this

I don't normally read reviews but I was frustrated with the speed of response. I ordered a 2026 planner before the date suggested on their website and just received an email today that I wouldn't be receiving one. They offered free shipping on my next order but I don't trust that I won't be disappointed again. Spending $45 on a planner is enough of a risk.

Absolutely horrible experience, it’s been 3 weeks that I’m waiting for a response from the company still haven’t got a product or a refund for what supposed to be a Christmas gift, no response from a customer service, extremely disappointed.

Horrible experience. I never received my notebooks. Customer service never responded to any of my email requests for an update. I have to now file a fraud charge with my credit card company. Company is horrible. Don't use them. Worst experience ever.

I would give 0 stars if possible. In November 2025, my sister ordered a 2026 journal for my Christmas gift, which never arrived. The item didn’t arrive and after contacting Papier, they said the item was released to Evri for delivery and that the issue lies with Evri so I should therefore contact them. We contacted Evri, and they let us know that they never even received the item to be delivered. Papier customer service was slow to respond and very unhelpful. They refuse to accept their mistake, they do not answer the questions we asked, and they did not investigate into their courier service, therefore meaning we had to contact multiple parties as a result of their mistake. After daily messaging, they eventually only refunded the item and not the delivery cost. Papier are not willing to re order and send the item again, as they believe the fault is with evri. Papier are not investigating into their courier service and are instead speculating, saying ‘maybe Evri has a large number of parcels and are yet to deliver the parcel’. Papier are also not providing any discount to re order the item. It is astonishing that I am experiencing such a hassle with a reputable company like Papier. My sister was unable to gift me a Christmas gift and Papier have been most unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

The cover is beautiful but the paper quality isn't the same as my prior planners. The paper thickness is thinner, so writing bleeds through more and the "feel" of the paper isn't the same. It's disappointing, as last year's was perfect.

Dreadful customer service (non-existent) and poor quality control. I ordered a 2026 diary on 19Dec with my chosen pics on front cover. When it arrived the front page pictures were completely off centre. I immediately sent a follow up - and when I heard nothing again a few days later with a better pic. I tried the Chat bot which just took me round in circles and there is no phone number given on the site. e-mail responses are pre-formatted with no indication a human is involved. I appreciate it's XMAS but you are still advertising deliveries by 2nd Jan. I've heard absolutely nothing. I dont even know if you want me to return the faulty one or if / when a replacement is arriving (probably not). Perhaps you need to pull someone off production to catch up with your faulty deliveries. It shouldn't have been sent in the first place if it had been checked before being sent as it's a very obvious fault. I'm sure this could have been 5 Stars if you'd got it "Right First Time". Now £30 out of pocket - no diary for 1st Jan and VERY disappointed.

When trying to get a correction to an order 15 minutes after ordering it, they have refused any customer service. I placed an order on Dec 9th, with the intention of sending it to my daughter in the UK for Xmas. The payment system changed the delivery address to mine in the US. I only noticed this after getting my confirmation email. I went straight to the site and tried to amend the delivery address (within 15 mins of ordering). It would not allow a correction. So I contacted them via the link on the order itself. I got an auto email stating that theyre busy but will respond. The upshot of this is that I had to reorder the product and pay a second time to get a book delivered to my daughter in time for Xmas day. The original order has still not been canceled and also has not yet been delivered (Dec 31st and counting). They have also refused a refund unless I pay to send the original order back to them. Ultra poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

I really wanted to love this planner…On so many levels it almost gets there — the layout is clean, there are monthly and weekly spreads and to do lists that help me stay on track and organized! But here’s the catch that really frustrates me: it includes EVERY holiday — except Easter. It seems so random and inconsistent to highlight quirky holidays like World Book Day and International Day of Friendship but then completely skip Easter. As someone who actually plans ahead for family gatherings, traditions, and seasonal activities around Easter, it feels like a major oversight.

I ordered and paid for a personalized notebook for a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged on December 16, 2025 and I was told to expect the product no later than December 26, 2025. To date, I have not received the notebook nor have I been able to get a human to speak to me in any form, email or by telephone. I am so disappointed! I will never order from this company again and would strongly advise others against doing business with this company as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was extremely poor—multiple emails were sent with no response. The quality of the work was unacceptable, with printing errors and overall poor execution. For the amount of money spent, this level of service and workmanship is unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I emailed them 6 times because my order was incorrect. Nobody emailed me back !!!! And they take $20 for shipping
