I have placed many orders with Papier and they're always excellent and beautiful. Costumer service has always been above and beyond helpful. Would 10/10 recommend as gifts or your own use!!!

Ordered 2 diary’s for Christmas presents. One did not even come in the package. The other one was thin and poorly made. Absolute disgrace. Sent multiple emails and have heard nothing. How can I sue? I paid $50 for a missing diary and $50 for a poor quality

Absolutely horrible quality for price!! I ordered an academic planner and paid $30 for such a cheap, poor quality product. I purchased the spiral option expecting a hard paper cover and thick quality paper but it is flimsy and cheap, equivalent to what you find for $5-10 at target or Walmart. Also, the personalized print is not the quality advertised. Upset I can’t return for a refund.

I’ve now received my personalised diary order, and I couldn’t be happier! It is beyond my expectations, the photos are so clear, and the item is exactly as it was shown on the website. I can’t wait for my husband to open this present on Christmas morning - honestly, so incredibly impressed… thank you Papier, I will be ordering again!

Didn’t receive the item. I ordered a personalised book as a Christmas gift, I placed the order on the 5th of December, Evri lost the package on the 13th of December. Since then I have called Papier multiple times and had no one pick up, sent multiple emails, but I am yet to have any response. I am now 30 pounds down and without a Christmas gift to give. Completely useless service. Do not buy from here.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. The most horrendous customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered early December and got scheduled a delivery date which was before Christmas and they’re still on production. You cannot speak to anyone on any of their platforms or when you do leave a comment it gets deleted. This company needs to be shut down

I’m absolutely heartbroken by this experience. I ordered a photo book from Papier as a Christmas present for my partner. It was explicitly advertised as arriving in time for Christmas, which is the only reason I placed the order. I spent hours carefully laying out the book and ordered in good time. The delivery date given was 20th December. I checked the order status regularly. On the 20th, Papier created a shipping label, but the item was clearly not ready or collected. The delivery date was then pushed back to the 23rd. As of today (22nd December), the parcel still hasn’t been collected, meaning there is no chance it will arrive for Christmas. This wasn’t just any gift. It was a deeply personal photo book documenting our year and the birth of our child. Now I have nothing to give on Christmas Day. To make matters worse, Papier has no proper customer service. There is no phone number to call, only an AI chatbot. After answering a long series of frustrating questions, the bot simply escalates your message to an email address. You then receive an automated response full of pre-written excuses about how busy they are. This is shocking, time-wasting, and completely inadequate when orders are failing this badly. Advertising Christmas delivery and then not even dispatching the item is incredibly disappointing and misleading. I will never use Papier again. What should have been a special experience has been completely ruined.

Amazing quality and lovely designs. Ordered from Rep of Ireland. I ordered on the 18th December and they arrived the 22nd. So surprised with the quick delivery over the Christmas period.

I ordered a calendar for Christmas. Had no correspondence with the company so went to check the progress, only to find it has been cancelled! Very very poor service. Save your time and use a different company who don’t let you down.

Can someone from Papier please answer me? I'm awaiting 2 Christmas gifts I should have received by today, both I paid expedited shipping on. Your "customer service" doesn't answer emails, DMs, livechat, deletes my IG comments, doesn't answer the phone. What kind of business is this? Don't market Christmas delivery and charge for it if you can't ensure that and if you're going to disappear on customers. These were special occasion gifts that I was counting on and now I don't have gifts for these people and also wasted several hours creating my photo books with you with ample time to have them shipped. PLEASE respond and ship my items overnight so I can recieve them for Christma. I don't care the cost at this point, you've ruined the whole gift plan I was counting on. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Terrible terrible terrible. They offer worldwide options however you cannot add anything in another language. Very poor. Not to mention I have been met with radio silence since ordering, I received a tracking number but after personally contacting the curriers myself, they have told me that they actually never received the journal from the company!! This was a week ago and my parcel was meant to arrive today however have heard nothing since. On their website it says order before 19th with express to receive before Christmas. What a load of BS. I ordered well before this AND paid the extra fee for express shipping and still nothing. Don’t bother, spend your money elsewhere. I am extremely dissapointed

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is non existent and no one can reach them. Several upset customers in their instagram comments so they turned off the comments because no one can reach anyone. Everyone saying the same thing that they placed orders several weeks to even months ago and no order received and no response to emails. They mark your order as “shipped” on their end but they just created the label and fedex is still awaiting the item. It’s such a scam and terrible business practice. This was supposed to be a super sentimental gift for Christmas for my family member and I wish more than anything that I picked another company to order from because I’m out $130 now. And I WILL be getting it back.

Extremely poor quality, the cover is an absolute joke and the pages very thin. The web planner is pretty decent and fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the quality of the book is very cheap.

I ordered a photobook from this site as it said I would receive it by a certain date. It stated, buy now and receive by the 19th Dec. It's a misleading statement as when you add it to the cart, you realise if you can only get it by that date if you pay $45 express shipping. I chose this option and then once paid, I received an email that said the arrival date was an "estimate". I did not receive my book on the 19th and now it's saying Dec 30th. The event has been and gone now so the whole process was a waste of time.

My order P-5266090 has now been in production for 14 days, is 6 days past the estimated delivery date, and has still not been dispatched. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have received no response whatsoever. This order was intended as a birthday gift for my husband, and due to your failure to meet your own timelines and complete lack of communication, that gift was ruined. I am now also being deprived of the opportunity to gift it for Christmas. This entire situation is the direct result of operational failure and silence on your side. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will escalate it beyond customer support. I am active on LinkedIn, and I am prepared to raise this matter directly with C-level executives and senior leadership so they have full visibility into how customer support, operations, and external production partners are currently handling priority orders — and how critical issues may not be reaching them. This is not about emotion. This is about service accountability, operational transparency, and a complete breakdown in communication. I expect an immediate, human response addressing: 1. The exact production status of order P-5266090 2. A realistic dispatch and delivery timeline 3. How you intend to compensate for the missed delivery commitment and lack of communication

Not being contactable, combined with using Evri as a courier. Ordered at the start of December, Evri have delivered to someone and won’t tell me where, and Papier are uncontactable to help.

It has been 21 days since I placed my order and I still have nothing. The original was lost, and the promised replacement was canceled without warning. They are completely ignoring my emails. I now have no Christmas gift for my friend. Terrible customer service and unreliable delivery. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Photobook has arrived but the front photo is peeling off, so very disappointed in the poor quality. I have tried previously to get customer service help a while ago before buying and no one got back to me, so I have little faith that anyone will get back to me about this. For such an expensive product, I expected far better quality. From the photos online I expected the front cover photo to be integrated into the cover, and not just stuck on! As this keeps peeling off and is unacceptable for such an expensive product. Such a shame, I wouldn’t order one again.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever ordered from. I was so excited spending time making my custom book, and i even paid much extra to have it arrive before Christmas. I was anxious about when it would arrive, so i emailed them. The next day I received what seemed to be an AI generated response. I continued to email them, getting no response to my question. That was Dec. 15 it is not the 20th and i have yet to get a response. My order was estimated to arrive the 22nd, as it is still in production I know it will not be arriving the date I was told. Their customer service is appalling, almost every buyer experiences a typo, delayed shipping, or a bad product. I will NEVER order from here again and strongly urge whomever is reading this to NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! This company is a joke, and not legitimate. Save your money and save it for a good business worth your time. Please. 0/5 Stars.
