“Worst company. Doesn’t have a contact center and won’t contact you back via the only access to them which is email. The chat is a bot and your package gone, money wasted.”

“Placed my order on 12/17, the site said that orders placed by 12/18 would be received by the holidays. The expected delivery date of 12/30 came and went, so after no response to several messages to support asking for an update I gave up hope. Now today, 1/7, I get a message saying the daily planners are sold out and I can have free shipping on something else. Yeah nice try but I won’t be even attempting to purchase from this company again.”

“I am a bit disappointed in my photo book. For the price point, I was expected to be blown away. However, the book itself leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, it smells like gin, which is odd and I hope goes away with time. The first few pages are blank and appear to have been hastily added as the binding can be seen with visible glue and it doesn't align with the other pages, I considered tearing one of the blank pages out actually but don't want to destroy the whole book. The photos themselves came out very grainy--my prints from Walmart are better quality! The exterior of the book is stunning and the process of creating it was very easy, whatever autofill they use does a great job organizing the photos. However, in my opinion, this is overpriced for the quality.”

“A page from one of my 2026 months is ripped, incomplete. I was expecting better quality as well they catfish you with the images they provide. I don’t understand why this website has 4.6 stars it’s a scam and try to hide the bad reviews. An incomplete planner was sent to me, horrible!!!”

“Got my yearly planner as a gift for the New Year; the paper quality dramatically decreased. It was the only reason I continued to get these planners specifically. Ink easily bleeds through the pages and the cover came with a scrape on it!”

“I had a horrible experience ordering from this site. I loved the designs on the cover and the format of the daily planner which is why after so much thinking I finally placed an order here. I was supposed to receive my planner on 29th of December and I still haven't received it! The customer service has been very unresponsive even after multiple attempts to reach out to them. I haven't heard back from them yet about anything regarding my order. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Please be careful.”

“Ordered a productivity planner and a spiral notebook. Did it mostly for the notebook, but the planner was an extra nice thing. The planner arrived but instead of a notebook got a 2026 diary. Immediately tried contacting, but their chatbot always says agents are "unavailable" and have emailed them twice with no response. I appreciate it's a busy time but it's been 2 weeks.”

“I ordered two Softcover Spiral Lined Notebooks. Given the price, I was expecting a much higher quality notebook. The notebook's softcover and pages feel cheap and flimsy. I'm concerned that the notebook won't hold up. More care was put into the nice website, design, and even the packaging was of better quality than the actual notebooks. I do not recommend ordering from here. There are far better quality options for half that price.”

“Still haven't received an order I placed in November that was supposed to be for holiday gifting. Trying to get in contact with a customer service agent was virtually impossible, even though they advertise it on their site as something that's readily available. Once I finally did get in contact with someone via email, the customer service was not helpful or encouraging to make me want to continue shopping with Papier. Would not recommend, and will not be ordering from here again.”

“Incorrect order received. I ordered a personalised 2026 diary with my wife’s name on the front & received a different diary with the complete wrong details & someone else’s wedding photos on! Certainly would not recommend & will not be using again.”

“Still haven’t received an order I paid £7 for next day delivery. I’ve tried to contact a number of times having no reply to any emails. Not able to speak to an agent. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. I’m really disappointed with the service Looking at other reviews seems everyone is experiencing the same/similar issues. Shouldn’t be advertising delivery before Christmas if they are unable to do so. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I can only get a response from a ‘bot’ on live chat. Do not recommend”

“I've been a customer for three years but my last purchase will be my last all together. The planner I bought last year had pages that fell out. This year I bought a productivity planner and noticed only 4 calendar months are included. Why are you charging full price for a book that only allows 4 months of planning?? They seem to be creating products that would leave you needing to make a second purchase. If you want to use the productivity planner for an entire year, you'd need to purchase three which is robbery. I recommend looking into other companies for planners. Papier has become a money hungry brand vs a logical one providing realistic products for consumers.”
