Half of the order arrived late even though we payed extra for express delivery. The other half arrived faulty. The customer service team has not yet replied to any of our emails. Will not be purchasing from Papier again.

Printed off centre - looks faulty and very poorly printed. Comically, customer service said 'we can suggest an item that would print more centrally' - what more than the one I ordered which demonstrates its centrally printed?? (see pic of what it should be) Customer service took week to reply and don't seem interested in rectifying. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I paid a massive upcharge ($47) for delivery by December 19 (today) and it still has not even shipped. I submitted a customer service inquiry yesterday and got no response. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I’d read the reviews first. I ordered two photo books for Christmas presents which were estimated delivery of 17th December but they’ve yet to be dispatched and I’m doubtful I’ll receive them on time and emails haven’t been responded to. Really really disappointed.

Items were due to be delivered today (19th), but were only dispatched an hour ago. Now the delivery date is the 22nd, even though I paid for express delivery. I only ordered with Papier because they would deliver before I went away and now they won't be. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering! Won't be ordering from them again.

Package due on 15/12, still not delivered. Courier used Evri, need I say more?! Tried contacting Papier, as yet no response. Tried contacting Evri, some response but no answers and NO PACKAGE, and no delivery schedule. Big black hole. Won’t be using Papier again. Poor service and company need to use reliable courier.

After being excited to order with Papier, I have yet to receive my item after being "dispatched" on the 5th December. The delivery courier is claiming they have not received the order, and Papier has ignored the ticket submitted, despite requesting an update. Regretably, very poor customer service.

My place cards were expected today for my daughter’s wedding which is in 3 days. The email says they sent the order but fedex says they still don’t have the package. I sent an email with no response and the bot chat is no help. This is very stressful and upsetting!!!

Such a shame. Awful customer service, I ordered a wedding album from this company. When I finally received my parcel, instead of an album, I received an England shirt?! It’s now impossible to get a legit response, it’s all chat bots and automated responses with loads of people on social media having the same issue. For something precious like a wedding album why use a single layer of card for the packaging so it can get damaged and in this case fall out and why use Evri who are known for being… Terrible. I hope this gets resolved but it’s coming onto a week and I’ve lost confidence in this company.

Ordered a photo book and upon receipt there were small dots along the top of every page. Contacted Papier to be offered 15% off but as this is a gift I told them I wanted it printed again. Haven’t heard anything since. Such a shame as this would be the 4th one I’ve ordered and have never had an issue before, but seeing the recent reviews it appears the company has gone downhill.

I had a terrible experience with Papier. I used them to print my custom save the dates and they completely misprinted the order. Customer service was slow to respond but eventually offered to ship a replacement order at no cost. We had to wait another 2-3 weeks for that order to arrive, and it was printed incorrectly again. I have still not heard back from them regarding a refund, I strongly advise against using them for printing needs. We wasted time and money by using them and it has caused a lot of stress.

Initially I was very pleased with my planner. I bought it early so I can start using it after The new year. I\nLiterally have done nothing but write my personal information.In this and already on the front , the pattern is peeling. The whole reason I spent this kind of money was to have a beautiful planner to last the whole year. Apparently that's not going to happen. I also got the clip on punholder to go with and the pen never, ever stays in and I happen to buy a pen.They recommended for that very item. Yeah. I have photos to go with but it will not let me upload them.Of course ,

I ordered a custom calendar and half the pages showed up blank. No response after inquiring and will now be unable to give as a gift for Christmas. Other items in my order were to be delivered on December 12th. It is now December 17th and no tracking available for my shipment telling me when the order will actually arrive. Overall a very disappointing experience.

My order was supposed to arrive on 12/15. It is now 12/17 and Fedex is showing that the package still has not left Fedex in London. I have sent 4 messages to customer service over the past four days to check on this and no one has responded to me.

Ordered a photo album 3 weeks ago. It hasn’t been received. I’ve tried contacting fed ex and the company and I have gotten no where. This was supposed to be a big Christmas gift and now I doubt i will have it in time. Very dissatisfied.

I originally posted displeasure with this company because of slow production. After I posted my poor review and reaching out to customer service they immediately sent out my product. I felt it necessary to update my original one star review but was not able to do so.

Placed an order and it shows in my card history but no confirmation email, NOTHING. I’ve contacted support for help 4 days ago and I’ve heard NOTHING! I want my money back or my item shipped to me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
