“I ordered from here for my dad’s 50th birthday present and it was meant to be something special from me and my sister. Paying nearly £50 was a lot of money for a photo book but I thought it would be really good quality. However when I got this all the photos where blury and pixelated, I’m not happy at all and had to give him it as it arrived the day before his birthday! “The results were good, but the editing process was very difficult. It kept exiting out and did not save check project various times. I had to restart the project at least 5 times. It was definitely a pain point.”

“I don't have much of a "use" review, since I purchased a planner that starts in July, but so far, it's BEAUTIFUL. I am so excited to use it! I am crossing my fingers that this will be THE planner I stick with. (Other planner collectors know what I am talking about!). I also really love the bookmark and pen holder. Those I think I would purchase again, no matter what. But the quality, speed and value of the planner is amazing, thus far! Thank you!!”

“This is my fourth year coming back to you. Year after year for note cards and diaries/address book just know the qualities is good .. easy to use website which makes it perfect for personalising those gifts . Would love you to do a house diary with planner to do ect !”

“I’m a bit disappointed - I ordered some save the dates samples on 28/05/25 and on the 30/05/25 I received an email today they’d been dispatched however we are now over 2 weeks since then and they have never arrived. I have contacted you already to say this but heard nothing back. If someone could get back to me with regards to my order id appreciate it.”

“Although the online process was excellent their printers let me down badly with sending samples out. First set ordered on 27th May failed to arrive within timeline given (2nd June) and ultimately they did send out second one - both arrived same day (16th June) which was too late for me and I had to use a local printer as last resort. So saddened by this experience as I can see otherwise excellent company.”

“This is the second book I've had made. The first was a recipe journal gift and the second a hard book of all our wedding pics. Both books are stunning quality. The website was super easy to use and design the wedding book.”

“I loved my academic planner from last year, which is why I went to purchase a new one. However, in the year that has passed slight changes have been made that threw me off. The paper feels slightly different, maybe a different weight or texture? But mainly the ink is now darker. Previously it was a light grey, which was really pretty and didn’t make the see-through quality very noticeable. Now with the darker print, it’s quite bad how much of the next page I can see which is not great. Also, it’s just jarring to look at and I prefer the softer, lighter shade of last year’s ink. I like the addition of the second book mark, as I did find that one was lacking and used another bookmark in addition to the built in one, so that is one positive change (although I’ve grown attached to my second bookmark and will probably keep using that). The planner is really nice, handled being thrown around in my overstuffed backpack for a year like a champ, the layout is great and works for me, but the changes to print irked me a little, but definitely not enough to stop me from using what I payed for.”

“The cards are nice, but the return address font doesn’t match the font I chose for the front of the cards, which is disappointing. (Not including a photo for privacy of my home address.) Also, the gift box was crushed before delivery.”
