“Such a shame. Awful customer service, I ordered a wedding album from this company. When I finally received my parcel, instead of an album, I received an England shirt?! It’s now impossible to get a legit response, it’s all chat bots and automated responses with loads of people on social media having the same issue. For something precious like a wedding album why use a single layer of card for the packaging so it can get damaged and in this case fall out and why use Evri who are known for being… Terrible. I hope this gets resolved but it’s coming onto a week and I’ve lost confidence in this company.”

“Ordered a photo book and upon receipt there were small dots along the top of every page. Contacted Papier to be offered 15% off but as this is a gift I told them I wanted it printed again. Haven’t heard anything since. Such a shame as this would be the 4th one I’ve ordered and have never had an issue before, but seeing the recent reviews it appears the company has gone downhill.”

“I had a terrible experience with Papier. I used them to print my custom save the dates and they completely misprinted the order. Customer service was slow to respond but eventually offered to ship a replacement order at no cost. We had to wait another 2-3 weeks for that order to arrive, and it was printed incorrectly again. I have still not heard back from them regarding a refund, I strongly advise against using them for printing needs. We wasted time and money by using them and it has caused a lot of stress.”

“Initially I was very pleased with my planner. I bought it early so I can start using it after The new year. I\nLiterally have done nothing but write my personal information.In this and already on the front , the pattern is peeling. The whole reason I spent this kind of money was to have a beautiful planner to last the whole year. Apparently that's not going to happen. I also got the clip on punholder to go with and the pen never, ever stays in and I happen to buy a pen.They recommended for that very item. Yeah. I have photos to go with but it will not let me upload them.Of course ,”

“I ordered a custom calendar and half the pages showed up blank. No response after inquiring and will now be unable to give as a gift for Christmas. Other items in my order were to be delivered on December 12th. It is now December 17th and no tracking available for my shipment telling me when the order will actually arrive. Overall a very disappointing experience.”

“My order was supposed to arrive on 12/15. It is now 12/17 and Fedex is showing that the package still has not left Fedex in London. I have sent 4 messages to customer service over the past four days to check on this and no one has responded to me.”

“Ordered a photo album 3 weeks ago. It hasn’t been received. I’ve tried contacting fed ex and the company and I have gotten no where. This was supposed to be a big Christmas gift and now I doubt i will have it in time. Very dissatisfied.”

“Placed an order and it shows in my card history but no confirmation email, NOTHING. I’ve contacted support for help 4 days ago and I’ve heard NOTHING! I want my money back or my item shipped to me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!”

“I feel compelled to leave an honest review here especially since many purchases from this company will carry deep sentimental value to the customer. Be aware that because of the paper/printing technique they use, each picture prints with a gray-like filter over it. Regardless of how bright, vibrant, and saturated your images are, there will in fact be a significant loss of luster on the final image. Even if you feel like your photo looks bright enough, just brighten it even more... it's almost as if each image is dimmed. Additionally, the cover photo (especially if you chose a dark book cover) will also be muted and lackluster. I left 2 stars because they did offer to reprint my orders (I ordered 3 books ugh), but ultimately brightening the images will still not change the dullness of the final product. Think twice about your purchase here and heed the warning from the MANY one star reviews.”

“My delivery has still not arrived, ordered photo book for my daughters 21 st paid for express delivery due to arrive sat 13th and although dispatched tracking still shows not with EVRI . “I’ve used less than 1/4 of my undated planned and the binding is completely falling apart. For how much this planner cost, this shouldn’t be happening. I was hoping this planner would be able to last well into next year, and now I need to purchase another planner from another place because this one is not durable at all. I have the Undated Daily planner and have used it sporadically through out the year but now need to use it more frequently as I begin my busy season at work. If I had used this more consistently, it wouldn’t have even lasted me 3 months of every day use.”

“I ordered a planner, the 365 daily planner. When I went to order, I showed the navy cover rather than the pink option. When I previewed it, it showed that the back was still pink. Whereas the cover & the spine was in the navy I had chosen. I thought it was just an online glitch, didn’t think anything of it. However, when I received it, it really did have a pink back while the rest was the navy color I had wanted. Maybe I am the idiot for thinking that it was just a mistake on the website, but I feel like it cheapens the product so much.”

“I spent 54.00 on a journal and a gift box. The name needed to be added. Now they are telling me it won’t arrive in time for Christmas because “they took too many orders.” This is nonsense. I want a full refund.”

“Soooooooooooo slow. Really great idea and attractive looking interface but I've spent about 3 hours trying to make one 26 page very very simple photo book and it keeps losing my changes and reverting to a previous version and taking SUCH A LONG TIME to do any step what so ever. I am done. Reverting to photobox or other.”

“This is definitely a case of I should have read the reviews. Do not get me wrong; The products are beautiful just less functional. The Pens: caps do not stay on when you have it open. So writing with the whole pen is not an option. The sticky tabs don't stick... to anything. The pen holder: that you clip to your planner, so heavy that, and the clip so wide it will not go on the planner or stay on anything wide enough to fill the gap. The planner: Pretty, but honestly Amazon does better just without my name. It is sectioned by type and not Month. Like Not January calendar, January Goal and January week. BUT all months calendar, all months goals then all months weekly. WTH? Who plans like that? Maybe my review doesn't make "the cut". But for you Papier, you gotta do better. If i could return everything i would and i am not that picky. PS.. I took pictures but it would not let me upload.”

“My planner was damaged, which seems like a big fluke and unusual for Papier's quality. Steph was so kind and receptive to the issue and found a resolution, handled with care and used language that made me feel heard and regarded as a consumer. I will be recommending Papier far and wide for not only your gorgeous goods but especially for the people-first approach to customer service. Other companies should take note!
