Ordered something sentimental for somebody to help them deal with their grief. Was told it would be delivered on the 11th of December. Ordered it in November. Why did I get an email ON THE DELIVERY DATE that there was a 'systematic error' with the printers and that it would be delivered AFTER Christmas. Tried to chat to somebody live and the chatbot kept going in circles.

It was a beautiful notebook. Very aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately the page market came off before the year ended. But otherwise very nice.

The delivery has been extremely slow. I placed my order well in advance of my friend’s birthday, yet 10 days later it still hasn’t arrived and the birthday party is today. This is really disappointing. I should have read the reviews before ordering, or simply chosen another company. I’m genuinely annoyed by the poor service and lack of timely delivery.

This is just the worst customer service if you can call it that as there is no customer service. Sent them an e mail days ago then sent another still no reply. The information on the diary is very unclear what they describe it as and then photograph it - not the same! Shocking. Tessa Fortescue

While the planner has a nice weekly layout, there are two major drawbacks. First, all the monthly pages are grouped together at the front of the book instead of being integrated with the weekly sections, which makes quick navigation inconvenient. Second, the paper quality is very thin, so much so that even fine-tip pens cause noticeable bleed-through. These issues make the planner less practical for everyday use, especially if you prefer writing with pens.

The customer service is the worse. I cant get hold of an actual human. I made anorder for a diary for my daughters Christmas present and its been 11 days and ive not heard anything, even when I have tried to contact them, ive made many attempts through the silly bot and emails and no reply. How can a company be run like this

I paid extra for a Leather Book Gift book - which arrived damaged. Contacted Papier who apologised and assured me they would replace. The replacement never arrived. Disappointed as this was meant to be part of a gift. That the company doesn't properly protect their product during shipping - especially for such expensive items - beggars belief.

I did ordered an album customize to be deliver the latest the 12/8 and is still showing that is in production. Today is 12/7. We did paid +50 dollars for this to be deliver on time, there is no way to get in contact with them as well.

My planner is literally a crappy spiral notebook with the date on each page. This website is a rip off. Taking beautiful designs and throwing them on cheap crappy materials to make profit should be illegal. I will never purchase another $35.00 “planner” from this scam of a company again. Stay away if you’re a true planner girly. This will disappoint you greatly. I literally almost cried out of anger when I opened my package today. P.s I was conveniently unable to upload images of my purchase despite multiple attempts.

My order was expected for the 4th and for 2 weeks theres been no update and it is still waiting to be picked up by UPS. Not sure what’s going on but delivery time does not seem to be accurate at all. Still have not received it or gotten any updates.

The product itself was great but the customer service is very poor. I ordered a photobook and wanted the giftbox with it but was unable to because it was sold out. I still ordered the photobook anyway, and set up a notification to let me know when the gift box was back in stock. I received the notification and tried to order it only to find out you can only order it with a photobook. I sent an enquiry where it was adviced will get a response within 1 working day. It took 3 days to reply. I had explained the situation and the reply i got was its an upsell item and you cannot order individually. I think the fact the item was sold out when i ordered the photobook an exception could be made to those affected.

This is the only place I could find a Photo Personalized Address Book. I was a little apprehensive of the cost, but it was worth it! High quality book, inside and out. Very happy and I hope this item continues to be offered.

The customer service we have received from Papier has been outstanding. It’s so hard to imagine your personalised stationary until it arrives and we sadly weren’t happy with ours, we reached out to customer services and they allowed us to completely reorder 50 cards with a new design! We couldn’t be happier and also couldn’t fault the team in their response and generosity.

The planner itself is lovely as I hoped. However, I was expecting the calendar to be blank -- instead, the holidays included seem arbitrary or obscure. National Braille Day and National Coming Out Day plus all other religious holidays, but not Easter?! I'm disappointed in this heavy-handed anti-Christian bias. I can write in Ascension Day and Pentecost, but c'mon, guys. Easter....

While the journal is nice, it has definitely went down in quality. I ordered this journal for 2025 and was so pleased with it. I ordered again this year and was unfortunately disappointed due to the paper. I first noticed that the words were lighter but that isn’t a huge issue. I found out that that is probably due to the fact that the paper is not the same quality it once was, but still quite a high price. The paper is thinner and lacks the slight gloss it had in the old one. It doesn’t write as smooth or erase as well. I unfortunately do not feel like I will be buying this again next year because of the inconsistency of product. Who knows what the quality will be in another year’s time. It’s a shame because I really did love the layout.

Was under the impression that the Monthly Over View, Monthly Lists, and Weekly Overview in the planner would be bundled together by each month. Was disappointed to find out that each section was separated. Just makes it more difficult to have to flip through to find each month.

Do NOT order from Papier My partner and I ordered a number of personalised leather notebooks for Christmas presents . We ordered from Papier as we had previously used the company for similar items and numerous personalised Christmas cards in the past , so to reorder meant we were extremely happy previously but NOT this time . The items arrived and we immediately noticed one items personalisation was spelt incorrectly ( not our error but papiers) . At the same time we noticed ( our error ) we forgot to add gift boxes . We immediately emailed explaining what had happened and could we purchase the gift boxes to suit the notebooks we had just received ? We were told NO even though we expected to be charged and were willing to pay postage . What a diabolical company to deal with. The notebooks are nice but without the box they are average. With regards to the misprint we were offered a 15% discount ! Why would we accept this when the item is a gift . I think Papier has lost touch with reality or they think they are better than they are . We will never order from this company again and I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from Papier to rethink . Customer service matters particularly in this day and age when it costs so much in marketing to get the customer in the first place . Papier rethink your customer service you are not that special !!

I’ve been a loyal Papier customer for years and have recommended them multiple times, but after my recent experience, I will not be using them again. I ordered 5 leather notebooks and forgot to add gift boxes. I reached out immediately, offering to pay for the boxes and delivery, but was told it’s “not possible” because their website doesn’t allow it. I even said I’d forgo a refund or replacement for a faulty notebook if they could simply add the boxes manually, but they still refused, blaming their system. What makes this worse is that they can manually process a replacement order (which they did for the faulty notebook), yet claim they can’t manually add gift boxes. That’s not a system limitation, that’s a lack of flexibility and willingness to help a loyal customer. Papier’s products are beautiful, but their customer service is rigid and dismissive. A company that prides itself on personalisation should not hide behind “the website doesn’t allow it” for something as simple as adding gift boxes but offer better solutions for customers. After years of loyalty, this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
