The price is I guess normal for a wellness journal as opposed to a planner. I really liked the layout although some things I found repetitive such as thankful for//what went well during the day, the paper was kind of thin too. I loved the meals part and space for thoughts and feels. I just sort of made my own use of the pages rather than strictly following each section- theres so much you can do with it really you can put whatever. I've now come to the last few pages of my journal and I love seeing how far I've come over the days.
