I received a personalised diary and 2 Papier pens as a gift for Christmas. Despite the pens being faulty and there being some print issues with the diary, I felt I had to write a positive review as their customer service was second to none. I received a reply on the same day I sent my query (a Sunday!) from Steph and by the following week, my issues were resolved. Thank you Steph, Olivia and Joel for your exemplary customer service.
