Customer service is STELLAR — Olivia was so helpful and kind. I picked up an undated planner which had super useful content (weekly overviews, habit trackers, goal reviews every 3 weeks) but the paper itself…not the quality I was expecting. The paper is very thin, so instead of using my nice pens, I have to use pencil. I LOVE my planner and use it every day, but the quality of the paper is disappointing. Just for that, I would want to give 4.5 stars, but since that’s not possible, 4 stars it is :(
