I made two orders recently for a total of 5 items. Out of the 5 items 3 had issues. The most recent order had another journal where the top cover is flush with the pages. It changes the way the journal opens and just doesn’t feel right. I’m surprised at the lack of quality control. I love the patterns, variety and paper quality, but it’s been very frustrating having so many faulty items. Papier replaced one item for me and refunded some money on the second item. I’m writing this in place of complaining about the third item. It gets old having to write to customer service.
