I had my shipment fufilled by FedEx instead of USPS. I paid extra for expedited shipping only to have it be sitting at the my local FedEx for 1 entire week. When I call FedEx, they are blaming Papier and vice versa. The shipment has been an entire nightmare and I'd like to have my shipping refunded because FedEx can't do that.
