Stationery expensive and the envelopes are very poor quality and do not match.
My journal/recipe book bundle is misprinted.
The company is quick to explain their reasons for not making it right and leave a bad feeling for customer service. After having to email multiple photos to “ prove” my point- they still would not refund my dissatisfaction over the stationery. They credited the error of the misprinted journal but it took 4 different tries and different employees. Very disappointed in the company and will not be doing any further business.
