I have been ordering my stationery through Papier for several years now and have spent well over $1,000 with them. It is very saddening seeing that in recent times, with every order, the quality has been progressively declining. Not to mention, their customer service is terrible.
I recently recieved my repeat order with an entirely different set of envelopes than the ones I have always been sent; these were made of the cheapest paper I have ever came across. Literal printer paper is of higher quality. Yes, I reached out to them and after going back and forth with them, there was no resolution, to no surpise.
Additionally, they have decided to add their branding to the backs of the notecards, which they were not doing before. The problem is it was not done in an understated, inconspicuous way, either-- it is now the focal point of the backs of the cards...
I am very saddened to see a product I used to love so dearly plummet in quality so severly that I am now turning away from the brand.
