The finished product was better than I had imagined. It arrive so quickly after completing the purchase. The book was slightly bigger than I thought (I didn't measure it first) which was an added bonus as all the photos were larger than expected. Quality is excellent. My only niggle (hence 4/5 stars) is that my second draft didn't automatically save. I was sharing the link with my daughters and they could only see the first draft. So I had to start all over again. Adding the photos is easy, looking at the page layout and changing them around is a doddle. Will definitely use again but will be careful to ensure that the drafts are saved. Papier customer service was helpful but, because I had started again, I didn't pursue a further search to see if we could retrieve the second draft
