I’m very disappointed that the special card i designed and ordered arrived after the event- my daughter’s wedding!!!
Its expected delivery date was 26 June in time for the wedding inn 29th June. It didn’t arrive till 1st JULY!!!!
The photo book was of good quality although some photos were blurry- something that most digital photo book companies alert you to when you upload the photo. Not sure why Papier doesn’t have this filter alert?
I would appreciate a full refund for this very poor service. This would restore my confidence in your company. Thanks.
