Really disappointed with the quality of the spiral bound books. I personalised 3 books for 3 different peoples birthdays.
When they arrived, I was shocked to see that the front cover was really flimsy (not very thick gsm) and felt almost just a bit thicker than the paper inside the book. Also the back cover of all 3 books is cream, as opposed to keeping the pattern or colour the same on the back design, this made the notebook look a bit cheap.
Finally, there was a small QR code printed on the inside of the front cover which again to makes the book feel messy/less professional.
The only positive was that the printing quality was good/accurate colours to what you see online.
One of the books which arrived had a bent corner, which after emailing customer services, Papier did kindly replace for me.
For £20 per notebook (spent £60 altogether) I expected much better quality. I wouldn't purchase these spiral bound books again, and think the hardbacks might be more value for money?
