I was a repeat customer and reordered the same exact planner from the year before. What they don’t tell you is that there are no longer two ribbons as placeholders/bookmarks in this planner. Unsure if this is just this planner or a change to all planners. They are still using photos that show two ribbons. To some this may not affect the outcome at all but for someone with a disability who purchased the planner specifically because of this, it’s rather disappointing. And turns out I couldn’t get a refund because I barely started using it and I ordered it ahead of time to prepare for my other planner running out. Just so disappointed that they would make a change and have photos that market the two ribbons still, so confusing for customers.
