Papier makes a high-quality product, no question. This is my second year ordering a planner. Sadly, my order got lost in shipping. I contacted Papier and was blown away by their customer service. They responded to my request within a few hours. They replaced the product and shipped it out immediately at no additional cost to me. I was beyond impressed.
