Beautiful products but it has taken me a while to be a repeat customer as my last order was a disaster with not all of the items being dispatched. After many years I decided to order personalised gifts again and once again only two out of three items arrived! I notified customer service straight away and after many emails they are printing another item which will take another 10 days to get to me which will be late for the recipient. I paid express shipping for my initial order so I would receive the items in plenty of time however there wasn’t any offer of refunding this. When I requested to be refunded for the express shipping I was only offered a 15% discount off the item which was a mere $6.00 or I could cancel my order! The items are for teachers at my son’s school and I wanted their gifts to be the same but personalised. Therefore I can’t cancel the third book and need to wait at least 10 days for it to arrive …. Terrible service and no attention to detail with dispatching items! It’s a pity because the personalised books are lovely. This will be the last time I order from Papier. As mentioned it’s taken me years to repurchase after the first order mishap years ago and now it has repeated again! Not happy.
