I ordered a personalised photo book to arrive for my boyfriend's birthday. It was estimated to arrive three days before his birthday, but the day before it was meant to arrive I received an email from Papier support saying they were experiencing an unforeseen delay at their suppliers, so it would arrive a couple of days late.
Over a week later it still hadn't arrived so I reached out to customer support. They told me it was likely lost and it was better to re-order it. Danielle was helpful and got it sorted quickly, and to her credit the new copy arrived only three days after our conversation.
However, the cover of the book is scruffy and damaged, and just looks terrible. I'm really disappointed.
